Perfect location for starting NC500

As we were doing the NC500 the location was perfect for us. Very close to bars and restaurants - within walking distance.

Everything in the bathroom was loose. Room was a bit odd but beds were comfy. Quite loud when trying to get an early night for flight the next morning.

Oh my, what a beautiful place. Totally updated room and bathroom. It was in a good location for us, on our way. But wouldn’t be good if you wanted lots to do within walking distance. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was terrific. Staff was very lovely and helpful. Would love to stay again! Great parking.

Lock Earn is convienently located and a reasonable value.

Great facility, nice master bedroom with very comfortable pull out in the living area. Great bathroom and Kitchen (we barely used anything other than the refrigerator.

The curtains fully closed but an improvement would be to provide a full black out curtain. This was not much of a problem, just thinking of what would be beneficial.

Very clean and close to stores and gas station. Beds were comfortable and had everything you would need to cook your meals. Breakfast was great and staff very friendly.

There is not someone on site for check in you have to arrange a time beforehand.

Noisy rooms

Big breakfast. Lovely staff.

Room on the ground floor was very noisy. You could hear people through the wall, roof and corridor. Very lumpy mattress and hence uncomfortable bed. Not a great nights sleep.

Good parking… clean and well appointed rooms

Rude staff… the grandson has too much attitude… not required when you have not built it on your room and it is still run by your grandfather! Also no commitment to promises made to keep things ready for long outings etc… breakfast options are ordinary Location is far off… car is a must have

Loch Earn is like a home away from home; so comfortable, inviting, and in a lovely location.

Friendly staff that was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, and we had a delicious spread of food to choose from for breakfast. Would absolutely stay here again!

Made for a perfectly relaxing overnight stay. Shops, cafes & eateries all only a mile or so away.

Very friendly welcome with clear explanation of room & restaurant. Good selection of a continental breakfast, including pastries & cereals. We opted for cooked; sausages, beans, tomatoes, toast with choice of cooked eggs. All hot & plenty of it. Served with a steaming pot of fresh coffee.

Not a dislike, only a desire for a bath. The beautifully presented rooms just don’t have them. A good big shower though. And clean!!

As I entered the premises I tripped over a very low step which was carpeted the same as hall and fell flat out. A sign needs to be put t up to make people aware. A screw was sticking up near the radiator in the bathroom which could be painful

Lovely place to rest your head and enjoy breakfast

Lovely welcome from Max who was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean with nice outside balcony. Slept well in roomy comfortable bed. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh with lots of choices in a attractive dining annexe. All in all a great stay and would definitely book again.

Peaceful stay with great breakfast, kind hosts, and a very comfortable night’s sleep.

We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the option to sit outside with a coffee in the morning. Our ground-floor room had no neighbours above, which ensured complete silence and a restful environment. The bedroom bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. While the sofa in the living room could use an upgrade, it was still acceptable for sleeping. Breakfast was included and delicious, offering a wide variety of pastries, cereals, yoghurts, eggs, and freshly prepared tea and coffee. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel welcome. We even took a coffee for the road, which was much appreciated. Also, parking was available on site.

The shower leaked unfortunately and the tap was loose. The walls were quite thin and we had some noisy neighbours but that’s not the accommodations fault of course. Shame they didn’t adhere to the 10pm quite time

We liked the idea of the freestanding cabin. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. Breakfast was great. The bed was quite comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The location was central for us.

In the evening it was extremely cold; the radiator and towel rail not working at all. The view from the room left a very great deal to be desired.

Great stay in Inverness - perfect room in a B&B for a family of 4.

A lovely bed & breakfast in Inverness. We were a family of 4 (2 adults, a 14 year old boy and 12 year old girl) and stayed in the family room. Everything was perfect and the room accommodated us all comfortably though we did have to share one bathroom. The staff were lovely and very attentive and check in was no issue. The breakfast in the morning was great with continental choice available but also fresh eggs cooked for you and even sausages such like available.

You will definitely need a car. Loch Ness is at least a 15 min drive away and the centre of Inverness is 10 mins away.

Charming host greeted us on arrival who was understanding that we were a little late and had not let him know; very well presented rooms with very comfortable bed; large spacious bathroom with strong shower; good breakfast offering

We were a little further from the centre of Inverness than we had envisaged - but we have to own that. Unlike other parts of Scotland/UK, there weren't so many pubs and dining options nearby.

Cute little B&B in the Inverness area and a short drive from attractions like the Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast spread was excellent. Highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to Inverness.

The best place to stay in Inverness with the most delicious breakfast and friendliest staff

We had a wonderful stay. The room was much larger than I was expecting and the staff were amazing. The breakfast was an added bonus since the variety of options provided was vast! The staff cooked eggs fresh for you however you liked them served. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to stay in Inverness.

The room was beautiful, bed comfortable, excellent parking, property spacious and spotless. Host very professional and friendly. Breakfast was simply amazing from service staff to quality of food. Presentation was excellent. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Lots of supposed 4 and 5 star hotels could learn a lot from this owner and staff.

Brilliant place to stay for NC500 and Inverness

Great choice for one night stay before starting our NC500 trip. Easy to get on the road as well as to Inverness city centre. Ample safe parking. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. All staff and especially breakfast staff (elderly gentleman) super friendly and so quick to serve, great energy and felt very well looked after. Thank you!

Bathroom could do with a slight deep clean and some decor on the walls to make it cosier, but it feels brand new, so probably coming soon

An awesome property. The best bed ever. Very large bathroom and lounge area. Very clean and quick to respond. Breakfast was included and was very good.
