Loved my stay on the both, Brian is an amazing story teller and the boat was as confortabe as a boat can be.
The location is autstanding, 10 minutes of a pleasant walk from the marina to city centre.
The Breakfast was top quality!
I have really enjoyed the stay, everything was good, food location . The boat may need a bit of TLC and single room is small but you won't be disappointed, it has everything you need ( beside hairdryer )

Lodging on a boat is a unique experience, and one shouldn't expect what they would find in a hotel. With that being said, the Boat and Breakfast was a fun place to spend a night, and the host was exceptionally kind. We loved the history lesson about Inverness and the surrounding area we received upon our arrival.
The rooms are quite small -- again, it's a boat, and one has to be able to climb a ladder to get to the bedroom on the upper deck. The ladder can be treacherous in wet weather, and it's a challenge to get luggage up there. The lower deck rooms had outdoor lights shining in the windows that made it difficulty for my travel companions to sleep.
