Location was great, close to all amenities. Comfortable bed,warm room. Kitchen well stocked with kitchenware to make a complete meal. Rooms were cosy.Nice white soft towels. Toiletries available.

Bed against the window without a headboard as leaning against window sill when sitting up. Cannot keep window open,too drafty when sleeping.Toilet seat loose and wobbly. Toilet door very hard to open keeps sticking. Shower cubicle very dirty. Damp and mould on bathroom ceiling. Front door key went missing.

Ideal location in a quiet neighbourhood only a 5 minute walk from the city centre. Cosy, clean room. Comfortable bed. An en suite with a really nice shower. And a very reasonable price. The perfect place to stay for a solo trip. I would definitely stay again.

The toilet in my room frequently didn’t flush. This needs to be fixed. Additionally, when I first arrived someone had forgotten to return the front door key to the box - I worried I was going to be locked out all night! Luckily a fellow guest let me in, but this seems like it could be a future problem as guests could easily forget to return the front door key. Maybe the front door key could be placed on a string or a chain, or perhaps it could be replaced with a card system, or perhaps each guest could have their own front door key.

Good location, within easy access of the centre.

The complete absence of staff. No one available to replace essentials like toilet paper or empty waste paper baskets or even replace towels (if needed). In 5 days we did not meet or see anyone there except other guests. We even got locked out of the property as the main door is also operated via self check in, and other guests took the key to the property entrance. This was a very impersonal experience and not memorable in the slightest.
