Location was excellent and amenities in our room were adequate
Share kitchen was never clean. Not enough tea towels, Cleaning products etc. fridge was full of leftovers and nothing labelled. No instructions for dish washer so dishes left around sink

I like that our room had a little seating area between the bed and the bathroom and a nice view of Inverness Castle. The shower was nice with almost instant hot water.
Other highlights include free parking, the city centre was within walking distance (15 mins) and a supermarket (Aldi) was under 10 minutes away by foot. Tesco was also nearby and a Spar was just round the corner for the essentials.
Some of the cookware didn't work on the hob, other guests didn't clean up after themselves in the kitchen so you often had to clean before cooking.
The bathroom could have done with having a small shelf above the sink for your toothbrush.

Location was absolutely perfect. Very close by the centre and easy to get to. Big bathroom so nice for 3 people.
Carpet was quite disgusting with stains in it. The shower curtain is too long so hangs in the bath and that catches a lottt of germs. Beds were allright but a bit soft and the double bed is a queen. Couldnt turn off the radiator in the bathroom so it was constantly steaming in there.
