Laura was a very friendly host.breakfast was ample you could choose the night before what you would like.Great location just around the corner from the Eden centre which we used both the cinema and saw a show.The castle experience was excellent, again just a 10 minute walk away.Plenty of parking at Eastdene B and B

I had a very nice stay - location was good a bit out of the immediate town centre in a quiet leafy street still very near the river but a very easy walk into town - also extremely close to Eden Court. Recommended.
