Our host, Laura, was fabulous. She was welcoming and friendly and served a delicious breakfast. Her B&B is easy walking distance to the centre of Inverness. We would highly recommend Laura's B&B.

Perfect B&B within walking distance of live music in Old Town

Great B&B within walking distance of the heart of Inverness. We wanted to spend two nights discovering live music in Old Town and this was the perfect place to stay. Laura was a gracious host who provided a fine traditional Scottish breakfast each morning. Our bedroom was a bit cramped but still comfortable. The closet definitely helped quite a bit.

Very nice experience

Laura was an awesome host and made us feel very welcome. The rooms had plenty of space. The property was only a 10 min walk to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was also very nice.

Location is good within walking distance from the town centre. The house is beautiful and very clean. Laura gave us a nice welcome and was helpful throughout. Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Parking is available on premises too. Good breakfast available too with cooked and continental options too.

Lovely bed and breakfast fairly central in Inverness city. Room was a good size with a lovely bathroom and double bed. Very clean. Host was absolutely lovely and very welcoming and breakfast was very nice too. Plenty private parking as well. I intend on staying here a lot when in Inverness for business.

What a find! Lovely house. Very contemporary. Clean and tidy. We had the double bedroom with en-suite shower room which was very comfortable. Very close to town - only a ten minute walk.

Incredible stay at charming Inverness guest house!

My dad and I absolutely loved the charm of Eastdene House! It was the perfect spot to explore Inverness from. Laura, our host, is so welcoming and helpful. We both really enjoyed the full breakfast! Our room was cozy and clean and the location was perfect.

My only tiny suggestion would be to maybe put a speaker with some soft music playing in the breakfast room. Personally, I think that would make the space feel a bit more relaxed and help alleviate awkward silences.

This Victorian manor house was one of our favorite stays in Scotland. The host Laura was so accommodating and helpful. The room was spacious and so inviting. The location made it an easy walk to everything to see in the historic Inverness area.

Wonderful guesthouse!

Wonderful guesthouse! A very friendly host who does everything possible to ensure the guests’ comfort. The triple room on the ground floor is very spacious. There is a shower and a toilet. Everything is very clean and new. The breakfasts are delicious! It’s only a 10-minute walk to the city center. Laura, thank you! We will definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Our expereince at Eastdene Guest House was excellant.

There are so many positive aspects to the property. It has provided parking on-site. The location is walk-able to downtown and other neighborhoods. It has a full English breakfast including wonderful farm eggs and a fresh fruit salad. While not fancy, our room was comfortable and roomy. Laura was so very accommodating and friendly.

The only thing I can state is that we did not have more days to stay.

almost everything, our host was very welcoming and fun? the location was a very short walk distance from the center of Inverness, breakfast was great and we could pick and choose what we wanted in it and the room itself was cosy and comfortable.
