Really comfortable, quiet room. Very close to Eden Court and Inverness centre.
Would have liked a breakfast but cafes not far away.

Easy access, near the town centre. We were able to park outside on the street without any hassle.
Bit old-fashioned, no catering facilities, but tea and coffee in rooms.

The room was good on the second floor you will have to lug up luggage yourself.
The person working wasn’t the most personal only saw her when we arrived for a few seconds and when we ordered food and the bell was rung. The room was a little cold didn’t feel like heat was on and it’s a small place but you can hear through the walls. I could hear snoring and a hair dryer.
The room was clean there is no fridge but has a kettle. The room was tidied when we came back the next day. The location is good for the bus tour we took only a few feet away but never went to town so don’t know how far it is walking I can’t imagine it’s more than 10-15 minutes.
The room was clean and it felt well kept no major issues that I could find.
