It was clean, presentable, good bathroom. Freshly decorated. Kettle and all the bits. Inside is okay and for a night in Inverness it was absolutely fine. Looks can be deceiving as the outside looked a bit rough.
The outside of the property was quite off-putting. As a solo traveler safety is a concern. On a street of B&Bs and small hotels this was the only one not displaying a name, so I was unsure I had arrived at the right place; also the front looked like a builders yard. Having the front door left unlocked made me feel slightly insecure. Although I could lock the room door.

Newly refurbished and very clean
The sloping ceiling was too low and it's easy to hit your head. A tall person would find have real problems with the low ceiling. The 'fridge' was miniscule and just big enough for a small carton of milk. The bed was too soft.
