Decent stay in a clean apartment close to the beach

It’s in a nice location, close to the dog beach (Fido) and other beaches. The street was quiet and not far from the center. The small private terrace is very nice to have, great to have breakfast, dry clothes, etc. The bed was comfy and the bedroom quiet. It was clean and decently sized. I liked that they provide you with cold filtered water in the lobby. The private parking space is a big plus.

The overall apartment felt quite sterile and non-cozy. It has cold lighting everywhere, furniture that feels like from a student dorm and you feel the age of the building (some smells from the bathroom, sounds of old pipes, creaky doors, etc). For just a few days it works, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, and people with high expectations would probably look elsewhere anyway.

Очень ухоженный коплекс с закрытой территорией и собственной парковкой. Квартира в скромном, немного устаревшем стиле, очень небольшая ванная комната, душевая кабина только для супер-стройных. Но в-целом оснащена всем необходимым. Отличное месторасположение - пляж через дорогу, СПА-центр в 200-х метрах, до исторического центра 10 минут пешком, практически за углом в парке один из лучших рыбных ресторанов города Bistrot Ratatouille - очень рекомендую. Продуктовый магазин в 300-х метрах. Highlight - абсолютно новые бесплатные велосипеды!

Für den Sommer besser geeignet als im Winter

Die Infos für die Übernahme waren sehr verständlich. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Das Bett sehr bequem. In der Küche alles da was man braucht . 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt . 5 Minuten am Strand.

Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert. Und im Schlafzimmer hat es sehr stark vom Fenster in das Zimmer gezogen.

Schöne Tage im Herbst in Grado verbracht!

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Aparthotel Terme. Es war sehr ruhig in der Anlage und Umgebung - liegt natürlich auch an der Jahreszeit. Das Freibad gegenüber war schon geschlossen. Der Garten unseres Apartment ist mit einem fast blickdichten Zaun und Pflanzen umgeben, das den Garten vor neugierigen Blicken schützt. Die Wohnung wurde uns von der Vermieterin persönlich übergeben. Besonders möchte ich noch die sehr guten (neuwertigen) Fahrräder die bei jeder Wohnung kostenlos dabei sind erwähnen. Haben sehr schöne Ausflüge damit gemacht. Werden gerne wieder kommen.

Parkplatz innerhalb der Anlage, gratis Fahrräder, Kaffeemaschine bestückt, gratis Trinkwasser bei Eingang (besonders wichtig in einer Gegend wo man das Leitungswasser nicht trinken kann) Man spürt, dass man sich um den Gast bemüht.

Bettwäsche war für die Jahreszeit (Nov) eher etwas unterdimensioniert.

Netter Nebensaison Urlaub am Meer

Schöne kleine FeWo am Rand von Grado. 15 Minuten Fussmarsch entlang des Strandes in die ALtstadt. Sehr ruhig gelegen und mit eigenem Parkplatz

Da Internet war eher nicht sehr funktional.

Skvělá dovolená

Perfektní dovolená podle našich představ na skvělém místě. Apartmán v blízkosti moře, skvěle vybavený, k dospozici kola, které jsme několikrát využili k jízdě do centra pěkného města Grado, dostupnost marketu Spar též na kole a pěkné moře a laguny. Parkování zdarma.

Objekat poseduje parking, dobra je lokacija, sve je čisto i uredno i pre svega domaćin je ljubazan i odličan za saradnju. Vidimo se ponovo.

Ideális elhelyzkedés, kényelem, hangulat.

Kompakt, nagyon kényelmes szállás, új vagy újszerű, nagyon jó helyen. Strand, óváros, kerékpárút, közért, éttermek közvetlen közelben. Nekünk volt kerékpárunk, de a szálláson ingyen használható, nagyon jó állapotú kerékpárok vannak, rengeteg kerékpárút van a környéken.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Das Appartment war sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Beim Ankommen stand eine Flasche Prosecco für uns bereit. Jedem Appartement sind 2 Fahrräder zugeordnet, die wir täglich benutzt haben. Auch die Waschmaschine war sehr praktisch. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
