Feels more like 3 stars..

Very clean room. Top Housekeeping-Team! Staff in the reception are very friendly and helpful. Good and quiet location, only 5 minutes walk to the dog beach.

Food (dinner) was terrible. Worst dinner we had in Italy. Breakfast was OK but exactly the same every day. Dogs are welcomed in the hotel but not allowed inside the restaurant, only outside with many wasps flying around. Our room had no safe which is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. This hotel does not offer the typical amenities of a 4-star hotel in other countries.

Will stay again

The location was great as it was close to the beach and also to dining options. The bike room was large and secure. If you had an eBike you can charge it here as well. The staff are very helpful. We had a twin bed room reserved but when we were allocated one it was unavailable. So they gave us a separate room. Breakfast was great too.

The entrance is subtle. It’s not clear that you turn left up the stairs to get to reception.

A személyzet kedves,barátságos és segítőkész! A reggeli bőséges volt. A szállás közel van a tengerparhoz, a szombati piac pedig a szálloda elött kezdődik. A belváros egy kellemes 10 perces sétáva a tengerpart menténl érhető el.

Tutte aspettativecrispettate, un grazie a tutto lo staff per averci soddisfatto in tutte le ns. esigenze

Struttura ben posizionata, accogliente lo staff, adeguato il servizio. Camera comoda, pulizia molto accurata, colazione in grado di soddisfare ogni esigenza.

Non ho riserve da sollevare, forse un sorriso in più dal personale addetto alla prima colazione, non costa nulla, ineccepibile tutto il resto.

Ubytování splnilo očekávání, strávili jsme zde jednu noc během cyklovýletu, nebyl problém uschovat kola, personál hotelu byl velmi ochotný, vše proběhlo bez komplikací, snídaně bohatá a chutná

Jediné, co bych vytkla, bylo velmi výrazně blikající ovládání klimatizace, což ve tmě bylo velice rušivé, ale možná jsme někde udělali chybu my? Jinak žádné výtky k hotelu nemáme

Csak ajánlani tudom, tényleg minden rendben volt.

Kellemes, kontinentális reggeli, tágas szoba, tágas fürdőszoba, és tényleg tisztaság mindenhol. Nagy, kényelmes matracok az ágyon, kellemes séta a belvárosig, közel volt a strand. Volt parkolóhelyünk, a személyzet 3. nap reggelén már fejből tudta, milyen kávét fogunk kérni. :-) Még annál is jobb volt, mint amire számítottunk.

Kényelmes, tiszta, klimatizált szoba. A reggeli bőséges és elképesztő volt, a kávé választék és minőség fantasztikus. Autónknak a saját parkoló. A személyzet rendkívül segítőkész és kedves volt, a recepciósok pedig extra figyelmesek. A strand pár perc séta a belváros is könnyen gyalogosan elérhető. Összeségében maximálisan elégedettek vagyunk.

La vicinanza con la spiaggia e il centro di Grado… posteggiata L auto e non mossa per 4 giorni, ottimi materassi e insonorizzazione… pochissimi rumori esterni ed interni, riposato ottimamente, personale molto gentile e famigliare , sicuramente ci tornerò ,consiglio

Grado hat eine nette Altstadt, ist jedoch bereits in Juni sehr überlaufen

Für Familien ansprechende Lage, weil der "Familienstrand" nur 5 Min. entfernt liegt. In die Innenstadt ist der Weg dann doch ziemlich weit.

- Badezimmerausstattung veraltet - dass Gäste beim Frühstück im Freien rauchen ist eine Zumutung - kein absperrbarer Raum für Fahrräder vorhanden

Für 4 Sterne schon sehr abgewohnt und alt! Frühstück - sehr viele Fertigprodukte! Schimmel in den Duschfugen Waschbecken mit einem provisorischen Holzgestell gestützt! Keine Fahrräder zur Verfügung!
