I did not know, that I had to pay for the parking extra. It would be good to find out in advance, when booking the room. There was a mosquito, that did not sleep us at night. It would be great to have an effective protection, e.g. on the window. So that we can leave the window open for the night. Even though it was end of October we stayed here, mosquitos were around.

An old-fashioned hotel trading on its excellent location

Hotel Ville Bianchi is a beautiful looking hotel and offers an excellent location right on the beach in Grado. The breakfast is wonderful with plenty of choice and expert, welcoming staff.

This was our most expensive stay during our Slovenia/Italy trip but offered the least value for money. Other than the excellent location and very nice breakfast, this hotel is doesn't offer value for money. It's a little dated; our double room was clean and comfortable, but nothing special and quite dark and cramped. The air conditioning and internet was unreliable and there were few 'luxury' touches for the high room rate. We were surprised to find that parking was an additional charge at the end of our stay.

affordable bliss in an Italian spa town

It is a lovely place in a wonderful location, and a fitting end to a week-long tour in northern Italy. I fell asleep to the sound of the sea.

We enjoyed our stay but would probably choose a hotel with a pool if we visit Grado again.

The hotel location is excellent as was breakfast. The staff were were very nice and always helpful. Parking on site is a nice bonus.

You have to book and pay for a place on the beach which is right in front of the hotel, would personally pick a hotel with a pool in future. The rooms were clean but somewhat dated.

That breakfast wasnt served outside and that the beach beds despite the sunshine and warm weather were not yet prepared (because traditional season opening only later)

Splendid premises that are well kept and tidy, carefully renovated and perfectly located right at the doorstep to the beach. The breakfast being served right at the heart of the villas' courtyard and open-air is a major plus.

Even though I fully understand that interior design and furnishings are intended to match the buildings' edge of century heritage and a certain portion of elderly guests' expectations, I would recommend an update of these: Modern tiles and appliances in bathroom, basic amenities (coffee maker etc.) and lighter, mediterranean colors for furnishings.

Mit der Terrasse und dem Meerblick wunderbar

Sehr schöne Lage. Unbedingt mit Meerblick und Balkon buchen. Wir haben ein Upgrade für €45,00 vorgenommen und dann in der Villa Stella Maris im 1.Stock das Doppelzimmer mit riesiger Terrasse Nr. 10 bekommen. Die Mehrkosten sind es definitiv wert - Urlaubsfeeling pur.

Sehr empfehlenswert, ich komme wieder

Lage ist wunderbar, Ambiente schön und das Bett war gut, Personal war sehr freundlich und arbeitet sehr schnell, besonders die Damen vom Service sind sehr nett, obwohl sie wirklich viel zu tun haben, Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, Hausmeister hat sich um Auto und Koffer gekümmert.

Wie gewohnt, war der Aufenthalt wieder sehr angenehm und das Personal äußerst nett und zuvorkommend, auch das Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen) waren hervorragend.

Leider war es wieder relativ laut trotz der guten Fenster (Musik bis spät abends etc.) Aber das war mir bewusst, da die Einzelzimmer zur Straße hin liegen.
