Central location and nice and helpful staff

Like most hotels in Grado, it's massively outdated in terms of furniture and decor and would highly benefit from renovations and better quality beds. Also, there is no way to let the staff know that you don't want to be disturbed. The maids got in twice in the morning before checkout time.

Geführt u. i. Verantwortung durch Villa Diana (nebenan) fühlte ich mich nicht allein gelassen.

Die eigenen Strandliegen und -Schirme sind fußläufig in 10min. zu erreichen. Für Ältere (ich spreche nicht von mir) könnte dies evtl. zum Problem werden

Auch wieder so rin gut geführtes etwas älteres 3-Sterne Hotel, bei dem alles passt. Sehr freundlich beim Empfang.

Man ist in zentraler Lage zum fairen Preis, was perfekt ist, um Venedig einige Tage zu erkunden.

Man ist zentral in Venedig untergebracht und gleichzeitig etwas versteckt vor dem ganz großen Rummel. Der Self Check-In funktioniert tadellos und macht das Einchecken einfach. In der Unterkunft hat man ein Zimmer in einer großen Wohnung für sich – auch die anderen Zimmer sind vermietet. Bad und Küche teilt man. Für den fairen Preis war es ok, ein Luxushotel sollte man natürlich nicht erwarten. Aber man will in Venedig ja vor allem viel von der Stadt sehen. Grundsätzlich ist aber alles sauber und die alte Wohnung hat hier und da auch Charme und witzige Gegenstände im Wohnzimmer, die wohl schon so einige Jahrzehnte alt sind. Auch ein Handtuch lag im Zimmer und ein Fön war im Bad, das ist als Radreisender immer praktisch, da man sowas natürlich nicht unbedingt selbst mitführt.

Für den Preis war alles ok.

günstige und angenehme Unterkunft, zentral gelegen, alter Charme

Lage sehr zentral, direkt neben Hotel Diana (beide Hotels gehören zusammen), 5 min vom Hafen und 3 min zum Strand, Preis-Leistung günstig, das EZ war klein aber zweckmäßig mit Kühlschrank, Kleiderkasten, Schreibtischchen, etc.

Parkplätze sind in Grado rar und kostenpflichtig, zum Ein-Ausladen muss man auch Glück haben einen Halteplatz zu finden. Die Unterkunft ist hellhörig, wenn sich andere Gäste im Gang unterhalten (von außen aber ruhig mit doppelverglasten Fenstern)
