Not very cozy appartement in good location

The place is close to the free public beach, walking distance.

The room had very strange layout, not cozy at all. There were missing moskito nets in windows, so having them opened during the night ment to be exposed to bites. And there was really strange smell in the room.

Clean and comfortable apartment

Appartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. Air conditioning was very effective. Kitchen was modern and fairly well equipped. Beds comfortable. Great location 5 minutes walk from the beach and directly above a supermarket. There is a good pizza restaurant just opposite. We would stay there again. Staff were friendly and the arrangements for collecting the keys worked well.

Was a bit noisy in the early morning due to unloading at the supermarket. Quite a long way (20minute walk) from the centre of Grado.

the apartment was big and the kitchen was well equipped if you like to cook.

it was a rather clean but old apartment, renovated in some parts. some parts were not clean at all, and the detergent smell was so un intolerable, also the old bathroom but clean. the view was also some old apartments.

All was ok!

Location, friendly staff, quick check-in. Good supermarket just around the corner, good pizzeria just across the street. The apartment had a large balcony. It was our second stay (a family with 2 pre-school kids) and we will come again.

Every saturday there is a market on the street just beside the building- parking is restricted and the first stallholders arrive around 6.00AM and can be quite loud.

The appartment was bright, well equipped and clean. We loved its big balcony. Location was ok - 10 minutes walk from the downtown, but pretty close to beaches, cafes and a store.

Great place to stay but thiny walls

We booked an Apartment for 2 persons, It was quite large and included all necessary utilities. Also the terrace was large. Very convenient located over a food store and only 5 min walk to the beach. Restaurants and bar are also in the area. Bikes are available for 8 Euro a day or 4 half a day. Bikes are well functioning.

The area in itself is quiet but the the walls are quite thin. You can hear everything from the other rooms. We were out of seasons but still we could notice. During full season when all apartments are rented, it could be noisy.

Splendid

Very kind staff. Near the old Town and beach promenade. Store Despar very close. Very clean apartment with big terrace and very comfortable for two persons. We'll be back in the Summer. Grazie Mille
