Great value for money, fantastic location, comfortable and clean room. Good facilities and amazing breakfast.

Perfect location, beautiful view from the room, comfortable and clean. We could store our bikes in the building next to the door. Breakfast was also amazing for this price.

Excellent location, simple hotel

Simple hotel at a very good location, just few steps from bars, restaurants.

The terrace looks at an ungly inner yard. The breakfast could be a bit more sophisticated. The breakfast room is very small and gets crowded.

Excellent position, very friendly staff & a great breakfast with huge choice of both savoury & sweet.

The rooms, particularly the bathrooms, need modernising. Very 80s & not what the hotel needs. Tiny shower tray & old old fittings 🥴

Nice small hotel

The hotel was clean. Personal was polite and helpful. The breakfast was way way better than we hoped for. The location of the hotel is fine. The bed was comfortable. They don't provide bike stands but they did find the solution for us.

The room was small and was facing the street. We stayed there during the summer festival, so it was loud. The shower is small.

This hotel is really clean and friendly

The room was super clean and it was nice that it was located in the center so it was so close to shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and overall I was satisfied.

The dryer placed in the bathroom was at a level that did not function properly, and the shower room was inconvenient because it had a curtain.

wonderful short vacation

Clean,quiet, friendly environment, lovely reception staff, position on the center ! I was received in the hotel, very nice, even if I was 3 hours late at check-in, ❤️thank you❤️ very🇮🇹 much!

I'm SORRY to say, but when you take a shower the water flies everywhere! but this is something minor!

Fabulous location, you get what you pay for

- Fabulous location! 10 min walk to either of the two beaches, lots of cafés, restaurants etc nearby (1-5min walking). - Cheap for Grado and good / what you'd expect for a 2 star Hotel.

- The shower is small so that the shower curtain keeps sticking to you while showering. It's also difficult to not flood the bathroom when taking a shower as the curtain does not seal well. - Room keys are accessible to anyone!! - Very thin walls / door does not seal well, meaning that especially in the morning from 8am you will hear everything going on outside the room.

Livia, the hotel staff, was fantastic! She was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and plentiful.

Albergo comodissimo, camera buona e pulita. La colazione ben fornita di salato e dolce. Sala colazione carina e con una buona mise an place. Lo consiglio, anche perché sei a 10 dal centro storico. A due passi dal porto

Ottima soluzione, ben curata, in pieno centro.

Ottima colazione, ricca, di qualità e abbondante e gentilezza del personale. Struttura impeccabile dal mio punto di vista, molto pulita e curata. La stanza aveva anche un balcone, con tavolino e sedie, insomma tutto molto bene.

Se ci fosse piu' facilità di parcheggio in zona (agosto) ma siamo in centro, e' c'e' da aspettarselo.

Zimmer zum Hof OK, Zimmer zur Straße nein

Wir sind mit dem Rad angereist und hatten keine Probleme für einen Stellplatz für die Räder. Der Empfang war freudlich und ist nur zu den angegeben Zeiten da, Zutritt zum Hotel dann später mit einem Code an der Eingangstür. Wir hatte das Glück mit Zimmer Nr. 2, daß es zum Innenhof ging, daher hatten wir ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer. Die Zimmer zur Straße bzw. zum Kreisel sind sicher sehr lärmgeplagt.

Die Räume und vor allem die Zimmertür sind sehr hellhörig, man hört jeden Lärm vom Flur/Treppe bzw. sogar teilweise von den Zimmern.

Il letto l'ho trovato troppo duro e scomodo, la stanza non è minimamente insonorizzata e si sentono tutti i rumori del corridoio e del piano della colazione. Colazione molto basic e con poca offerta

Wir können das Hotel im Grunde nur weiter empfehlen!

Wir waren sehr überrascht von dem Hotel, es hat auf jeden fall mehr Sterne verdient! Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet und das Frühstück war sehr ausreichend und lecker. Auch das Personal war äußerst freundlich. Nur zum weiter empfehlen!

Die Betten waren etwas hart und die Türen dünn deswegen hörte mann sehr viel vom Gang.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, das Frühstück vielfältig und gut, das Personal freundlich und bemüht.

Die Lage ist zwar gut aber natürlich an diesem Ort sehr laut (das wussten wir), die Unterkunft ist nur stundenweise besetzt (auch das wussten wir) die Zimmer sind nur spartanisch ausgestattet (das haben wir auch angenommen) aber trotzdem positiv 🤣

Kleine Frühstückspension zentral mit Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeit

Sehr saubere Frühstückspension mit 10 Zimmern und gutem Frühstück mit frischem Obst und leckerem Gebäck, Aufschnitt und Käse. Zentral gelegen.Fahrräder konnten im Abstellraum neben der Rezeption gestellt werden. Gute Klimaanlage

Die Unterstellung im engen Abstellraum kostet pro Rad 3.-Euro, Die Pension liegt direkt im Haupt Kreisverkehr von Grado daher konnte man die Fenster nicht offen lassen, wir hatten Zimmer 10 mit zusätzlich eines lauten heissen Agregator auf dem Balkon.

Magnifica Grado

Posizione perfetta vicino al Centro, colazione abbondante, personale gentile e molto disponibile, pulizia della struttura impeccabile.

La mancanza di un parcheggio per l'auto vicino alla struttura, un po di rumore dalla strada udibile dalla camera fronte strada.

Fürdőszoba kicsi, zuhanyfüggöny szörnyű, a víz csak fentről jön nincs kézi zuhany. Nem komfortos.

Ottima struttura centrale

Struttura in ottima posizione a due passi dal centro, camera pulita e con staff molto attento. Colazione ricca e varia per tutti i gusti.

Non so se anche d'estate l'orario della colazione è a partire dalle 8, per noi che ci svegliamo presto risulta un po' tardino. Ma è un suggerimento 😉
