Bad experience ,which ruined our vacation!

The hotel was all together not in good shape,was dirty,lots of hair on the sheets.When try telling to the reception, they did not really believe us giving us the feeling that we were somehow out of place by complaining.They wanted to change our room with another one, which was even worse. The furnitures were very old,telephone in the room had missing buttons and wasnt working anyway! By Lobby,close to the reception were dirty socks in a coarner! And the list goes on unfortunately!

Lovely hotel and old town

Hotel was pleasant, and breakfast was very nice. All the staff were super helpful with all our questions, we had many! Thank you so much!! The old town is really lovely, with some very quaint restaurants. Transport from the ferry is very easy on bus 37 but we didn’t know on the way to the hotel and we walked 30 mins with our luggage.

Only one suggestion, information about the transport options to the hotel would be helpful. Beaches in Grado are very shallow (knee to waist deep) and most of them are paid, except on very east and west ends.

(-) Hotel rooms overall quite seasoned and acoustics needs to improved (loud doors and noise from the corridor) (-) Shower tap in the bathroom whistled and creaked when idle (needs repair or replacement), cabin leaked with no good sealing by the wall

Great Value!

Breakfast was nice, good service, no fuss, parking was for a small fee (who cares), great padio at ground floor to chill and have an espresso after breakfast, room was clean, old, but again, who cares, for the price pf the room very adequate. will come back for sure. great city to travel to!

Superb

We've arrived later, the staff was very-very welcome and kind. The air conditioner was perfect, we spent hours on the balcony during the night and enjoyed the awesome breakfast in the morning. 100% recommended, we will go back!

Very good

Employee in the reception was very helpful, show us where to go, and where is secured parking. We had balcony in our appartment that i considering is big plus during summer night, so you can sit there and enjoying your vacation. They had possibility to choose non smoking apartment, and this is for me as an non smoker very convenient.

only negative thing was entrance to parking lot. If you have slightly wider car, its difficult, but not impossible, just take it easy and slow :) From our apartment we were not able to see the sea, but its nothing that i can complain. (maybe you can ask for apartment with the view on the sea, i was not asking, for me not important :) )

breakfast was great with lots of options. Very nice staff and the location was decent.

The furniture was old and the bathroom kept flooding after every shower which left a bad smell in both bathroom and room. Strongly recommend an investment in the bathrooms.

Good location for a city break

The fact that the hotel is positioned quite central and that you have the possibility to rent bikes directly from the hotel and you can explore the surroundings. Even though the parking at the hotel is surcharge this is a big plus.

Nice place to stay in Grado

The hotel was clean and nice. The breakfast was really great, very wide choice of both savoury and sweet food.

The hotel is a little far from the old town (still no more than 10-15 minutes walk). Also, it's kind of far from the beach, especially if you are looking for a public one. The hotel is nice but certainly not very new
