The room was very clean, the breakfast was also good. We could place our bikes in the garage.

Good as bed&breakfast.

Great location, close to the see. Walking distance (15 minutes) to the historic city center. Privat parking behind the hotel. Tasty sweetbar in breakfast.

Quite old school property amenities; bedroom walls need a new painting. Simple breakfast (only cold bufet available).

Nightmare!

Nothing. We leave this hotel more tired than when we arrived.

Many dogs in the neighbor rooms, they fight all night. The walls are paper thick. Last night we woke up 01:30 - again - to cry of a vigorous man - he stucked in the elevator, and he panicked, he was rescued after half an hour, we didn't go out of our room to see if he was hurt. My little son coughed at night from the traditional cigarette smoke that came from the neighbor sitting a few centimeters away on the terrace. And we didn't even bother with the fact that the refrigerator didn't work, the bed was completely made up and we rolled into the middle, the toilet moved during use. I do not recommend it to anyone, there are plenty of accommodations in the city that are better than this. We will never come back here.

Not worth the money they are charging. Cold breakfast also, very poor selection, and the air condition in the room did not work. The frigde did't work also.

the location of the hotel was good and the staff also were kind. but in italy mostly everyone is kind :)

The furnitures, bathroom, restaurant was very old. also the breakfast was very poor, and it included only "poor machine cofee" in the price. when i asked normal cofee, they asked my room number to charge it. Just a dat before in neighbour town Udine, i stayed in a higher class hotel for 20 EUR cheaper where the food was much better, i received as much normal coffee as much i wanted.

It was a good relaxing stay.

The staff were kind and helpful, the neighbourhood is quiet and the breakfast was very good :)

Th bathroom was a little too small and the room was a bit too small for 3 persons.

Very poor

I had a very bad time in the hotel. Very noisy room, I could not sleep at all. Everything can be heard from the staircase and from the corridor. The breakfast selection is limited. Parking can not be used for normal cars because it is too small and narrow. All in all, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Good experience

Breakfast is good, the room is small but well-equipped. The location is great, the beach is a few steps, the city center is 15 minutes walk. A supermarket is at the end of the street.

The bed could have been better and some of the personnel couldn't speak a word in English. Wifi doesn't work in the room area.

Breakfast was very good, much more better than we expected. Staff of breakfast was perfect, helpful and still smiling. Room has very good air condition and sunblind. Room was very clean and cosy.

A great stay for us, but it is approx 20 mins walk from the old centre. We didn't mind this at all though.

Away from the crowed town centre, yet within walking distance

WiFi not working at all. Waitress at breakfast did not explain anything at all about safety measures, i.e she was the only person allowed to give fresh food items. The carpet on the bedroom floor did not give a feeling of cleanliness.

Good location, poor sound isolation, small and narrow space in the garage.

Great location, close to the beach, not far from town center, there is SPAR supermarket nearby.

Breakfast: not best organized COVID-rules, the personnel has to put you every item on your plate that causes long ques. We reported spoiled Soya milk, but it was not replaced with good one. Noise: very poor sound isolation, you can here ALL noises from rooms around you, noisy AC, noisy from outside. Parking: parking space in the garage is so small, it is an adventure to park off.

Clean and confortable but noisy

The room was clean and confortable. The hotel is very well mantained. However, parking is not for free.

The street side is noisy, starting early in the morning till late night there always cars and trucks going up and down, people talking loud. There is a restaurant on the opposite side of the road and they play loud music till late in the kitchen The cleaning lady was knoking at the door every day at 7 am !! Not a quiet place at all. I was there 4 days and WIFI was not available. Hower, I got free parking in exchange.
