We enjoyed our stay very much, relaxed atmosphere but will all attention to details.

Newly renovated small b&b in the city and close to the beach, very cordial atmosphere and helpful staff, we really enjoyed it. The restaurant is excellent!

Location

The bed was like a stretcher and the airco made to much noise on all modes. We did not rested well. In summary, overpriced. Pay attention to the “special sunbed deal”, on piper beach itself it’s half the price.

Die Chefin Camilla war beim Frühstück besonders freundlich und aufmerksam, auch sonst sehr hilfsbereit.

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war gering. Die Wendeltreppe zu den Zimmern war sehr schmal.

Charmante Unterkunft im Herzen der Altstadt – herzlich, individuell und mit perfekter Lage

Wir haben uns in diesem charmanten kleinen Haus mit Restaurant und nur drei Zimmern sehr wohlgefühlt. Schon beim Ankommen wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Unser Zimmer im Dachgeschoss war entzückend eingerichtet, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (TV, Föhn, Kühlschrank). Das Badezimmer ist von der Größe her absolut ausreichend. Die zwei großen Fenster gehen direkt zur Straße hinaus – wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte das bedenken, uns hat es aber nicht gestört. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – mitten in der Altstadt, besser geht es nicht. Zum Frühstück gibt es frische Produkte und richtig guten Kaffee. Die Auswahl ist zwar klein, aber völlig ausreichend. Besonders schön: Man frühstückt draußen im Gastgarten der Fußgängerzone, ideal zum Leute beobachten. Ein Highlight war ein Abend mit Live-Musik – die Stimmung war so mitreißend, dass die ganze Straße getanzt hat. Alles in allem eine wunderbare Unterkunft für alle, die persönliche und individuelle Hotels lieben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

die Unterkunft ist super zentral (nachts kann es bei geöffnetem Fenster etwas laut werden) und gut zu erreichen (wir waren mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs und konnten wir sicher unterstellen). Das Zimmer war sehr gross und hell. Frühstück war gut hatte alles was man braucht. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen.

nichts wirklich wesentliches. Einzig vielleicht die Dusche die bräuchte mal wieder eine kleine Revision oder einfach eine gründliche Entkalkung.

Perfekt :-)

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und perfekte Betreuung durch Camilla und Bruno. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Frühstück und Lage im Zentrum war perfekt. Abendessen absolut empfehlenswert. Parkplatzsuche etwas schwierig, aber Camilla hat uns da super unterstützt und eine Parkmöglichkeit für uns gefunden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Zentrale Lage, sehr guter Cappuccino zum Frühstück, gute Tipps der Eigentümerin, schöne Terrasse (zum Abendessen im sicherlich sehr guten Restaurant), DO Live Musik

Frühstück typisch italienisch - sehr überschaubare Auswahl, Dusche leider nicht voll funktionsfähig, Zimmerservice nur jeden 3. Tag oder gegen Aufpreis, kein Privatparkplatz verfügbar (neues Auto musste öffentlich geparkt werden - gab aber zum Glück keine Probleme)

Entspannung in Grado

Das sehr freundliche Personal und die sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt. Im Lokal des Vermieters wird ausgezeichnet gekocht und das haben wir am „Sabo Grando“, am Vorabend des „Perdòn di Barbana“ (die bedeutendste religiöse Tradition von Grado, die am ersten Julisonntag stattfindet) genießen dürfen. Zusätzlich ist die Auswahl anderer Lokale unglaublich groß. Die Strände sind auch in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Grado immer einen Besuch wert 👍🏻

Gastgeber waren sehr sehr nett, konnten Parkplatz (Garage) am an- und abreisetag den ganzen Tag nutzen. Zimmer war sehr schön. Willkommensdrink sehr gut. Da es ein Restaurant ist könnte man auch am Abend bei Bruno essen was wir aber nicht genutzt haben.Einziges kleines minus die Brotauswahl war nicht recht groß da nur eine Sorte. Nur Weißbrot. Im Großen und Ganzen super Unterkunft zum weiter empfehlen.

Wir kommen sicher wieder!! Klein aber fein! Authentisch!

Die Gastgeber Bruno und Camilla waren außergewöhnlich nett und freundlich, es gab auch einen Begrüssungsdrink! Das Frühstück war überschaubar, aber es war von allem etwas da, hochwertig und sehr gut! Auch das Essen im Restaurant war ausgesprochen gut! Zur Strandbar "Numero Uno" (Liegen zu mieten, nicht ganz billig) ist es 5 Minuten zu Fuß! Auch Top! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

La più incredibile e ammirevole ospitalità che abbia mai ricevuto in un pernottamento. Non ho trovato dei semplici host, bensì ho trovato persone con la P maiuscola che hanno a cuore i clienti che passano da loro. Veramente straordinari 😊

Die Lage war perfekt, direkt in der Stadt. Rundum Restaurants. Geräumige Zimmer. Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Parkmöglichkeit für große Autos in der Nähe nicht vorhanden, alternative Parkplätze entfernt. Frühstück keine große Auswahl. Zimmerservice nur jeden zweiten Tag.

Super, Grado ist im Oktober halt Italien pur

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, liebevoll täglich frisches Obst, einmal waren Croissants aus, es wurden extra welche vom gegenüberliegenden Café geholt, täglich frisches Obst . Äußerst nette gastfreundliche und nette Gastgeber Das angeschlossene , im Haus befindliche Restaurant ist sehr gut! Die Lage ist sehr sehr gut, am Eingang zur Altstadt und fünf Minuten zum Strand. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und der für uns reservierte Parkplatz war eine private Garage , verschlossen, top.

Wir haben absolut nichts Negatives ! jeden Tag Zimmer gereinigt, frische Wäsche und Handtücher . wir würden immer wiederkommen, wer ein wenig Trubel und italienisches Flair liebt wieder diese unter Unterkunft zu schätzen wissen.
