Worth very much to visit Grado and we will try for sure to come again in the same apartment.

Apartment was very comfortable and clean. Location was very convenient to have the access to the city center or to walk near the sea.

Enjoyed a brief visit to a delightful town, but the hotel should enhance its cleanliness standards

The location and arrival procedure were satisfactory. A parking space in the garage is provided for a charge of 10 euros per night and an electricity plug for a 2kW charging connection is available.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned, with the corners and toilet seat showing signs of dirt. The surfaces and lights were very dusty.

I do not recommend it for families, but the apartment was well distributed.

It was near the city center and it is ideal for younger people.

It was very loud because of the traffic and the people/other guests. The AC was stinky and it barely worked and the terrace/balcony was undemanding.

Good and bad surprises.

Nice, modern and spacious apartment, comfortable sleeping, big terrace, equipped kitchen, ok working internet, nice location to center and water, direct access to bike path. Very good parking garage access directly from stair case.

When we arrived room was just pure mess, no cleaning was done, all as ended up with previous guests, despite well agreed arrival time, was given used room (sure it was fixed, need to wait over an hour, but certainly not a 9* experience).

Všetko sa nám páčilo, v apríli si radi pobyt zopakujeme.

Krásne a čisté ubytovanie, vynikajúca komunikácia, super lokalita. Boli sme vo februári, výborne vykúrené. Mali sme apartmán na 4. poschodí, čiastočný výhľad na more.

Es war insgesamt in Ordnung!

Sehr nette und aufmerksame Dame, die das Frühstück vorbereitet hat und uns sehr zuvorkommend empfangen hat. Apartment groß und zweckmäßig.

Bei der Ankunft war es sehr kalt im Zimmer (Heizung musste erst höhergedreht werden, Fliesenboden eiskalt - Zimmer ev. länger nicht vergeben?) und das Wasser in der Dusche ist kaum abgeflossen. Positiv war aber, dass alle Beanstandungen rasch und kompetent behoben wurden!

posizione e colazione molto bene

posizione ottima, vicino a piedi sia a città vecchia che al lungomare-spiaggia possibilità di parcheggio privato, oltre che a parcheggi presenti davanti alla struttura lungo tutta la via (e gratuiti in inverno) appartamento spazioso colazione a buffet ben fornita (cosa che per me è molto importante) la signora in sala colazioni gentile ed anche il resto dello staff , anche se sentito solo via messaggi

allora non è che non mi sia piaciuto quanto sto per dire, diciamo che preferisco i check in tradizionali. parlo del fatto che le istruzioni per recupero ingresso e recupero chiavi vengono mandate via telefono e anche i documenti vanno mandati così. mi metto pure nei panni della coppia magari un po' anziana e poco pratica del telefono che mi va in tilt. però ecco non lo considero un aspetto davvero negativo, perchè magari io preferisco il check in tradizionale mentre un altra persona preferisce così. l'altra cosa è che dato che ormai tutti tutti tutti hanno il cellulare avere una presa sola e quindi dover scegliere tra avere lampada sul comodino o cellulare in carica è scomodo.. non dico di mettere chissà quante prese dove c'è comodino, ma almeno una spina doppia o tripla

Grado, wir kommen wieder.

Wie immer waren wir sehr zufrieden. Vom freundlichen Empfang bis zum Check out. Lage ist top, Appartement sehr groß und sauber. Preis sehr gut.

Wir hatten einen Tag adhoc verlängert, länger war leider nicht möglich. Aber der Preis war höher als der bei booking. com. Für mich nicht logisch, da es auch noch ein Montag war.
