Great location

The location was great; The breakfast was also excellent. We liked the roof terrace - great to watch the sunrise and the sunset. We will probably stay there again. It's a family-run place, and that's nice to see.

A sign for the hotel at the end of the road would be great. The police stopped us (it's a restricted area), and we had to explain (using our very poor Italian!). Then they escorted us—the policemen were very lovely —but it was nonetheless stressful!

Lovely and peaceful

The hair dryer in the bathroom is really old and slow. There were missing towels after a room cleaning (thankfully was the last night so it didn't matter much).

The price of a basic tripple room is too high and the breakfast is not worth extra 12 euros, even though it is good and the dinning place is cute. Also the extra parking fee of 15 euros per day is overpriced.

Charming,tasteful and top-maintained hotel with breathtaking roof terrace right in the centre

the tasteful, picco bello appearance in a top central location, the tiny, super clean and quiet room looking into a spacious yard (I got a high floor, perfect!), the nice balcony that provided shadow starting around 12 pm, perfect for siesta time book reading and in the afternoon, the excellent breakfast buffet and very friendly, great staff (even included a cappucino served to the table) on a beautiful balcony in the shadow, the breathtaking views from the huge, well maintained rooftop terrace! (rooftop bar open until midnight!)- wonderful!!

my place to go if i want to cycle to grado !

I was there for the second time and THE REASON was the ROOFTOP BAR. also very friendly staff for a spontaneous cycling trip just on my own, bike was perfectly taken care of... good clientele overall

Room size was good. The hotel location was fantastic. Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful even though it was served due to covid. Generally the staff were helpful and friendly. Price was reasonable. Impressive rooftop bar/terrace. We didn’t have the time to use the pool and other facilities but they looked good.

There were bugs (silverfish) in my daughters bed when we checked in. However none were seen for the rest of our stay and daily cleaning was otherwise good i must add. We booked two rooms. 1 of which was for my disabled father. We asked on the booking for the rooms to be close by. When we arrived we were advised that the rooms were on different floors and that his single room could not accommodate a wheelchair. We were forced to pay extra for a room upgrade, so he could be near us. And due to poor explanation we spent 30 minutes driving around the town attempting to find the parking. As a result the check-in process was very stressful and time consuming. Although the hotel has an elevator i would not say it is disabled friendly as advertised. Upon check-in we found the reception staff to be very short and unhelpful with us. This did improve during our stay i should add.

Good hotel for short stay

+ good location, direct in centre, possibility to park a car in the hotel + absolutely beautiful view from rooftop bar, very nice for evening chill

- in these days in not posibility to have classic hotel breakfast, so mostly are served by personal, what is nothing bad, IF they also remember what you asked for. Twice we kindly asked for juice, and croissant and twice she didnt come back.. - spa in not really spa, the inside pool is behing the reception, without windows like pressed into small place.
