Perfectly located and well-equipped apartments for families

Perfect location close to the beach and to the center. Beautiful view on the canal from the room - it was absolutely worth the extra cost. Gigantic terrace and a superb apartment equipped with everything what your family needs. Friendly host.

You'll need to pay extra for the parking (but we knew it in advance), and the parking space is super small.

Best Residence / Appartement in Grado

Very good equipped and very large apartments with beautiful and very large private terrace. Kitchen fully equipped. By our experience the only really clean house keeping in Grado residences.

Perfect cozy comfortable nice view

Super kind host, she made everything to make us feel comfortable. Flexible early check in and check out without additional payment, help with parking, and we were also provided with additional glasses that we needed. Phantastisch! The appartement is cristal clear! The balcony is big with a nice view. The bed is very comfortable. I cannot imagine much more better appartement in the city!

There is nothing... everything was perfect!

Disappointing

There was no shower gel which is dissapointing for hotel with 4 starts. Addtional very important thing was aircondition which stop working after 1 hour and control under aircondition was dissabled to us. Aircondition during summer time is very important and I decided to pay more to stay in proper hotel where all my needs would be setisfied- unfortunatelly even 4 starts and high price- I didn’t get what I expected. Fantasztikus volt az erkélyről a kilátás a lagúnára. Központi helyen van a szállás. Raffaella és a személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész!!!!

Schöner Kurzurlaub in Grado

Lage, Ausstattung, Freundlichkeit der Vermieterin Raffaella, die uns mit sehr guten Tipps versorgt hat (Pizza, Frühstück); und, obwohl ausgebucht, haben wir doch einen Parkplatz bekommen, was uns sehr gefreut hat.

Der Balkon war etwas schmutzig und dadurch auch der Boden im Apartment - dagegen kann man im Sommer in Strand- und Strassennähe kaum etwas machen. Das Apartment wurde aber täglich gereinigt und war sonst sauber.

Ein toller unkomplizierter komfortabler Urlaub

Neues, modernes Gebäude mit schönen komfortablen Appartements. Sehr zentral gelegen mit Parkmöglichkeit, täglichem Room-Service & sehr freundliches Personal. Zwei Minuten zum Strand, nur wenige Minuten ins Zentrum. Falls wir wieder nach Grado reisen, werden wir wieder dort nächtigen.

Tolle Aussicht auf den Kanal. Sehr freundliche Betreuung vor Ort. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit für das Auto. Tolles Roomservice.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns sehr und freuen uns schon darauf wieder zu kommen.

Sehr schön und sauber, man konnte auch sehr gut schlafen. Das Personal war sehr nett und Frau Raffaella und ihre Kollegin haben sich um alle Anliegen bemüht. Auch gibt es einen Fernseher, der viele deutsche Programme enthält, das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Wifi funktioniert ebenfalls gut.

Wenn es etwas zu beanstanden gibt, dann vielleicht die Parkplätze, aber in Grado überall nicht einfach und wir waren froh einen gehabt zu haben. Allerdings kommt man bei manchen nur mit Hilfe hinein. Wenn man eine Woche steht und in Grado bleiben will, passt es, auch sind fast alle überdacht. Nur wenn man öfters wegfahren mochte, ist es etwas kompliziert. Allerdings bekommt man kompetente Hilfe von Frau Raffaella.

Schöne Tage in Grado

Sehr sauber, 2 Terrassen (groß), Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer Küche, gut ausgestattet mit Wasserkocher, Toaster, Bialetti, Geschirr…. Die Lage ist top, ca 250 m zum Strand, in der Nähe ist ein kleiner Markt für Wasser, Obst… Parkplatz ist für € 15 pro Tag buchbar. Lift vorhanden.

Die Terrasse in Richtung Lagune ist sehr groß, super für Yoga… liegt aber an der Hauptstraße! Uns hat es nicht gestört.

Gerne immer wieder!

Raffaela ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin die uns viele gute Tipps gegeben hat. Die Lage ist Top, sehr kurze Wege zum Strand und und in die Altstadt wo sich viele Restaurants befinden, die eine sehr gute Küche mit vielen Fischgerichten bietet. Tägliche Zimmerreinigung und alle drei Tage Bettwäsche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wenn auch das Wetter nicht so gut war. Sonst können wir die Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen und kommen wieder nach Grado ins Ormeggio!

Die einzige Kritik die ich nenne sind die Parkgebühren von 15€ pro Tag. Klar kann man auch an der Straße parken, dort kostet es nur 7€ am Tag.....ein vergleichbarer Preis wäre wünschenswert.
