Hotel by the sea

We vacationed in November. The hotel has all the amenities and is clean. The temperature outside was +15+17°C. There weren't many restaurants at the end of the season, so we cooked in our room. The hotel is near the sea. Parking is available at the hotel.

Appartement is on the main road. In the night very loud. Crazy driver(s)! Hotel is NOT cycling friendly - this is very strange. The old owner Very unfriendly!

Great location within the town of Grado - close to beach, close to center, but no excessive noise. Very helpful and friendly hotel staff. Big terrace.

Price for crib and parking is not included - have to pay extra. Entrance of the hotel without easy access for baby strollers.

Very good

Great location. Close to the beach, and near to the city center. The balcony is huge, and nice view to the canale. Wonderful to have the loan of bikes for the duration of our stay - really useful to get around town, to the beaches. The breakfast is OK.

The one bed room is really small, and uncomfortable.

All in all it was great. The city is small but beautiful. I would recommend this for everyone.

The breakfast was great, There were many choises, fress fruits, cheese, ham, eggs and great cakes. Coffie was freshly made. The appartman was large enough for 5 persons and it was in a walking distance from the beach, shopping street and the old town. We had a huge terrace for our appartmant where we could sit outside and from this place the view was just fantastic to the lagune. The wi-fi was also working without any problem. The stuff had good english. Renting out bycicles was also possible.

There was not enough beach umbrella and the beach ticket should have been involved into the price of the property.

Nice apartment with sea view

Nice view to sea side. Huge terrace and lounge equipment.

The bed linen could be better, especially for colder days. Internet wifi did not really work.

lovely location to explore Grado!

the location was perfect for getting into town with our stroller. it was also close to both the beach and on the lagoon. Manfredi was always available to help and we appreciated the early checkout. while we didn’t use them, to cold, bikes were on offer with a child seat which was really great! we used the fitness studio as well which was very adequately kitted out!

it was particularly cold when we were there and while the apartment had heaters, there were no carpets which made it cold under foot. the apartment is self catering and it would have been good to include cleaning items for dishes etc. there is a dishwasher but as we only really had tea and coffee, we couldn’t justify using it for a few cups now and then. the Wi-Fi signal strength wasn’t great and we had trouble connecting but luckily for us we had European SIM cards.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good coffee for breakfast. Great location - near to the beach and near to the city center. Next to a big park. Dog friendly. Grado is a good starting point for excursions (Aquileia, Miramare, Udine...).

The extra bed was uncomfortable.

Soulless stay in concrete bunker

Easy to book, even with short notice. Easy to find a good location. Staffesager helpful.

Room was clean, but very unpersonal. It was like a bunker, with cold Stone Walls and floors and little light. It had all the needed facilities, but quality was only descent and all in all the place simply wasn’t pleasent to stay in. It can work as a stop over, but don’t expect to much. We cut our stay short and the staff was very helpful here.

Superb

Communication with property was very swift and responsive. Staff welcoming and helpful. Really close to beach entrance. We very much liked possibility to use property bikes for a ride to other, more distante beach.

Superb

Excellent location on waterfront. Very comfortable, well-equipped apartment (kitchen facilities, washing machine, table on terrace). Wonderful to have the loan of bikes for the duration of our stay - really useful to get around town, to the beaches, to the Cavanata nature reserve.

Another time I would pay the extra to have at least a partial sea view - the apartments at the back look straight out onto another building, very close by. Recycling seems very good in Grado but it would be useful to have containers on the terrace for different types of recyclables.

Great location, close to the beach and city centre. I am amazed how Grado has changed over the years and renewed itself. For example you can cycle almost everywhere safely.

Das Personal im Hotel war sehr sympatisch und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment war gemütlich, sauber und ausgestattet mit einer sehr schönen und sonnigen Terrasse. Das Hotel liegt sehr gut in unmittelbarer Nähre zum Strand, zur Therme Grado und ist nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt.

Im Apartment haben Haken zum Aufhängen von Jacken und Taschen gefehlt. Leider war auch der Fitnessbereich nicht geöffnet.

Optimale Lage - Strandnähe, Altstadt-Nähe, sehr freundliches Personal, Hund herzlich wollkommen, Balkon Der "Autolift" zum Tiefgaragenplatz ist eine Herausforderung, jedoch auch hier wurde bei Bedarf immer Hilfe angeboten. Ein großer Vorteil war dann, dass man auch auf den Straßen beim Hotel gegen eine Tagesgebühr von € 7,00 sehr gut parken kann und ab Mitte Oktober Parkgebühren gänzlich wegfallen.

Ottima soluzione

La struttura è situata vicinissimo al centro congressi e agli accessi alla spiaggia e al mare. Raggiungibile facilmente e con diverse possibilità di parcheggio nei dintorni. Il personale si è dimostrato estremamente gentile e molto professionale. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento molto pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno. La colazione inclusa è stata molto varia e con una grande scelta di cibi freschi. Su ogni tavola erano presenti bottiglie di acqua naturale e frizzante. La signora che ci ha servito la colazione è stata molto molto gentile e professionale.

Di questo soggiorno mi è piaciuto tutto. E posso dire che senza ombra di dubbio che se dovessi tornare a Grado tornerò in questo Aparthotel.

tutto perfetto

Appartamento pulitissimo, a 3 minuti dal palazzo dei Congressi e a 10 minuti dal centro. Letto comodo, e staff particolarmente gentile e disponibile anche nel venire incontro alle nostre richieste "extra". Grado bella e piena di ristoranti in cui si mangia benissimo. Ci piacerebbe tornare in estate per goderci il mare e quella enorme e bellissima terrazza!

Nagyon biztonságos szállás. A terasz kényelme és nagysága. Tisztaság. Tetszett, hogy több kijárat volt a teraszra.

Az egyik háló zsúfolt volt 2 felnőttnek, a terasz ajtaját sem lehetett az ágyból kinyitni.

Egy kellemes helyen jól lehetett pihenni.

Nagyon szép helyen, kellemes kialakítású és felszereltségű, strandhoz közel elhelyezkedő, tiszta szálláson minden adott volt a kikapcsolódáshoz. Rossz időjárásra is közelben lehet tarka programot csinálni. A személyzet nagyon kedves volt.

A parkolás nem egyszerű, a liftes garázs nem lett a kedvencem.

Ausstattung im Apartment war sehr gut, komfortabel und sauber. Die Größe war perfekt für eine 5-köpfige Familie. Alle haben sich wohl gefühlt! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig und sehr appetitlich angerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Die Räumlichkeiten beim Frühstücksbuffet könnten klimatisiert sein. Uns war es zu warm. Die Tiefgarage ist vorhanden, allerdings sollte bei der Buchung bekannt gegeben werden, dass die Tiefgarage nur über eine Hebebühne erreichbar ist, sehr sehr eng ist und ein größeres Auto (VW Sharan in unserem Fall) sehr mühsam einzuparken ist.
