Excellent accommodation for a visit to Grado

The hotel is right in the center, next to a canal. Just a few steps from the seaside promenade, restaurants, shops. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the staff is helpful and kind. We'll be back!

Unfortunate choice

Convenient location. Nice breakfast room.

Very hot bedroom despite keeping curtains and windows closed all day as the A/c wasn’t working.. 27C at night is too hot to sleep - much cooler in corridor outside. Since sleeping is main reason for using a hotel, this was a problem.

PERFECT PLACE TO STAY IN GRADO! NICE STAFF! DELICIOUS BREAKFAST!

Perfect location, super nice staff, excelent breakfast! They even let us eat the breakfast a bit later the first day, bacause we were needing to rest a bit more, thank you all! Amazing!

The shower could be bigger, there were no much space to move, and we had a small problem with the AC letting water escape from the system, but about that they resolved the issue right in the next day.

I can only recommend it - very good value for it's price

It's location cannot be praised often enoug enough, right in the center. Great deal of variety of foods at breakfast - even 5 minutes before restaurant closes. Everything was given for a good holiday: comfortable beds and sofabed, air conditioning, large and clean bathroom, bike rental for free. Best beach in walking distance.

Really enjoyed our stay

Location is fantastic, just at the corner of the downtown and 10-15 min walk to the beach. The hotel has bicycle (included in the price) which is brilliant to explore the area. The breakfast is lovely, enjoyed eating at the terrace.

Perfect location, friendly stuff

The room was big enough, and it is in the right place to reach easily the city center and the beach for morning jogging.

Small balcony with view to the next next window. The bathroom is big enough but the shower is too small, but the place would be enough for bigger one. This joke about wearing the mask is ridiculous, but I know it isn't the rule of the hotel, they have no choice this clowning is a stupid and annoying thing.

The hotel it's old and the value for the money is ..I don't have words to describe it. The personal it's ok, not friendly, not unfriendly. Overall, I even don't have something that we liked, I just can't find something, I am so sorry.

Breakfast overpriced and without taste. Room, HORRIBLE. Not cleaned, we found dust everywhere. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay in another one. It's a place who caters Austrian people, they never complain face to face and maybe not even after, because this is not how they are educated. They accept and that's it, they try to avoid conflicts. That's why you won't find many bad reviews of this place. But, it's just not an ok hotel. Book elsewhere, please. Make yourself a favor and avoid this one.

Das Frühstück konnten wir in einer sehr angenehmen Atmosphäre genießen. Die angeschlossene Bar hat ausgezeichnete und ausgewählte Weine. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Leider verrechnet das Hotel bei 3 Personen zwei volle Doppelzimmer.

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Toll, dass wir mit dem Hund in der schönen Bar frühstücken konnten.

Majdnem tökéletes szállás a városközpontban, közel az éttermekhez, strandokhoz

Nagyon jó, központi elhelyezkedésú szálloda. A parkoló nem olcsó, de figyelembe véve a parkolási lehetőségeket Grado-ban, egy jó opció. A reggeli fantasztikus, a személyzet nagyon segítőkész.

A legfelső emeleten nagyon meleg volt (a hőmérő 29 fokot mutatott) annak ellenére, hogy a klíma végig működött.

Frühstück sehr gut und ausreichend, was das Angebot betrifft. Wir waren schon das dritte Mal da und sind sehr zufrieden. Lage sehr zentral und das Hotel bietet alles was man so benötigt.

Sehr nettes Haus mit viel Charme . Sehr freundliches Personal - speziell an der Rezeption. Wir waren mit den Rädern unterwegs / es gab eine Möglichkeit der Unterbringung im überdachten Hof (Garage) Zimmereinrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen - könnte eine Überarbeitung betragen. Badezimmer sehr schön und offensichtlich erneuert. Am Frühstück gibt’s nichts zu meckern. Alles war vorhanden.

Möblierung schon etwas abgewohnt aber alles sauber.

Tolles Hotel in bester Lage im Zentrum von Grado

Schönes Doppelbettzimmer mit Balkon. Lage des Hotels ist ideal. Frühstück war sehr vielseitig, ist für jeden etwas dabei. Bett war gemütlich. Alles top.

Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist die Balkontüre, die beim Aufziehen nach links zu locker ist (durch jahrelanges Auf-und Zuziehen).
