This aparthotel in Grado was clearly exceeding our expectations. The location was very central, the apartment was spacious and well designed, the breakfast was delicious and the manager (Edina) was also super friendly and helpful. We liked the place and the city of Grado so much we decided to come back for a summer vacation with our kids.

Very nice and beautiful apartment. Comfortable for family with kids. Clean room ,parking inside the building and good breakfast !! Close to the beach. Very friendly people on reception. Recommended!

Comfortable and central accomodation

Absolutely central location, private parking. The breakfast was varied and I liked the way how it was organised (take food to your room). Even the sofa-bed was comfortable. You can rent a bike for free. The apartment was well equipped; even consumables (coffee, tea, dish washing tabs and liquid) were provided. However, the biggest asset is the staff! Everybody was very friendly and helpful.

In general, everything was excellent. One minor thing: a hanger for the towels near to the shower would be great!

Celkově hotel a personál milý. Mínus: rušivý hodinový zvuk, drahé parkovné a snídaně neodpovídala.

V hotelu jsem byla po třetí. Poloha hotelu je v centru. Přijížděli jsme po půlnoci a bylo nám umožněno se bez problémů ubytovat. Na prosbu jsme dostali okamžitě druhou deku (která ale nebyla původně na pokoji). První dva dny byla snídaně bohatější. Paní recepční při objednávání rychle reagovala, poslala nám návodné fotografie. Personál byl vstřícný. Na konci října nám již bylo na pokoji chladno, ale klimatizace topila dobře.

Po dobu čtyř dnů byl každé ráno od 7:15-8:15 v našem pokoji č. 8 slyšet opakovaný budík nebo alarm (byl slyšet i na chodbě). Na recepci o tom nevěděli a situaci neřešili. Snídaně poslední dva dny jevila známky "co nám zůstalo". Zelenina byla mdlá a výběr byl slabý. Při odjezdu jsme zjistili taxu za parkování 18 Euro/den, kterou jsme při objednávání v nějakých vedlejších podmínkách na Bookingu neobjevili a v souhrnné ceně, ani v e-mail komunikaci jsme to neobjevili (paní recepční byla milá a na stránkách nám to dohledala, ale i tak to pro nás bylo velké překvapení). V té době (koncem října) již bylo na ostrově parkování o kousek dál zdarma.

Frühstück war sehr gut. Extrem freundliches Personal. Super Managerin, Bett war zu weich und am selben Abend haben wir sofort einen Topper bekommen. Sehr Familien freundliches Hotel . Danke für den schönen Urlaub bei euch 🤗

Es war ideal für unseren Familienurlaub.

Die Lage in der Innenstadt ist super. Toll ist auch, dass es im Innenhof einen Parkplatz gibt. Es gab ein gutes Frühstück, dass man sich geholt und im Zimmer konsumiert hat. Das Zimmer war schön und sehr sauber.

Top Lage, sehr freundlich einzig das Bett würde ein Makeover benötigen

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Die Inhaberin war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Bett ist lediglich ein Sofa, was es unmöglich macht etwas abzustellen neben dem Bett, da man dort eine große Lücke ist. Ein Nachttisch eventuell hinter dem Bettsofa mit Steckdose wäre wirklich praktisch.

Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist im Gesamten sehr freundlich und hell, das Schlafsofa sehr bequem. Das Frühstück ist liebevoll gerichtet und köstlich!

Ich hätte mir gewünscht bereits vor meiner Ankunft die Information zu haben, dass es sich beim Hotelparkplatz mehr um einen Abstellplatz handelt, von dem man das Auto während des Aufenthalts besser nicht wegbewegt da eine Zu- und Abfahrt nicht jederzeit möglich ist.
