Our host Nicola was super helpful, he really made our stay perfect.

We loved the location, everything is super close! We got a map from Nicola (our host) upon arrival, marking all the important spots of the city. Excellent, highest quality

We had a very warm welcome from the staff, new, clean and quiet appartment with large therase, close to the sea and the main square. Spa is available with sauna and salt room, private parking, everything was exceptional and the highest quality!

Great location, elegant and very functional interior design, beautiful and spacious terrace. The kitchen and bathroom were superbly equipped. The staff was extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. We spent a wonderful weekend. I highly recommend!

Best hotel in Grado, worth it every penny.

Best hotel in Grado, really clean, beautiful hotel and very, very kind staff. Nicola gave us best food recomendation and was very helpful, kind and speak very well English, which is very rare in Italy (at least from my experiences). Spa is also super clean and really well equipped. Our room has also coffee machine and mostly we were really happy about the shower. Look no more, this is really awesome spot, close to everything. Highly recommend it.

Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt am Meer

Wir wurden vom Moment der Buchung an bestens von Cristina betreut, informiert und begrüßt. Die Lage ist top, es gibt Parkplätze, die man leicht vorab reservieren kann, und alles läuft sehr unkompliziert. Dazu noch gratis Fahrräder zum Ausleihen. Definitiv zum Wiederkommen:-)

Jammern auf hohem Niveau - die Ausstattung des Appartements ist so, wie man es aus Italien kennt- liebenswert in die Jahre gekommen.

Wir sind noch immer begeistert von der Unterkunf, können sie wärmstens empfehlen

Wir haben fast eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Apartment verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Apartment war außergewöhnlich sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet – es gab wirklich alles, was man braucht: Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Tiefkühler, Backrohr und sogar eine Waschmaschine! Besonders die Waschmaschine und der Geschirrspüler waren für uns ein echtes Highlight – das hatten wir so noch nie in einem Apartment, und mit Baby war dieser Komfort einfach unbezahlbar. Auch an Familien mit kleinen Kindern wird hier wirklich gedacht: uns wurde ein Babybett, ein Hochstuhl und sogar eine Babybadewanne zur Verfügung gestellt – einfach perfekt! Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, allen voran Cristina. Sie ist eine so warmherzige und liebe Gastgeberin, unsere Tochter hat sie sofort ins Herz geschlossen. Zum Abschied hat sie sogar ein wunderschönes Geschenk von Cristina bekommen – eine so liebevolle Geste, die unseren ersten Familienurlaub unvergesslich gemacht hat. Vielen Dank für alles – wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder! 💛

Entspannend, erholsam mit Nervenkitzel beim Verlassen des Parkplatzes am Ende des Aufenthaltes

Abgesehen von der Parkplatzsituation war alles perfekt und wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt.

Der Parkplatz war zwar recht groß, jedoch hatte man leider sogar mit einen Hyundai i20 Probleme beim Ausfahren nicht an der Wand zu schrammen (einigen Vorgänger:innen ist das bereits sichtbar passiert).

Prenotata una suite standard con camera da letto e divano letto, all'arrivo abbiamo avuto la piacevole sorpresa di un upgrade alla suite superior, con doppia camera ( una doppia ed una singola ). In più prosecco in omaggio in frigo. Appartamento pulitissimo e di design, luminoso e con terrazzo dove gustarsi il prosecco. Tutta Grado a 15 minuti massimo di distanza a piedi. Vari posti auto a disposizione, tutti a pagamento.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach top - zentral und doch ruhig. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Tiefgaragenplatz - super praktisch und bequem. Unsere Suite war sehr sauber und gepflegt, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Auch Räder waren im Preis inbegriffen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
