Nagyon kedves, rugalmas ,segítőkész személyzet. A szobák jól felszereltek, tiszták. A tenger karnyújtásnyira van. Mindenki kutyabarát a környéken.

The villa has an excellent location. The best beach is just a couple of steps from the gate. The parking is comfortable although the car should be covered because of the birds arriving around 8 pm. From the four villas it has the best parking. Not only the beach but the main pedestrian area is also very close. The air condition was perfect so despite we were there in mid August the rooms were always cool. It was our first visit to Grado ant this appartment made it really perfect,
I could mention some minor things which would have been better but nothing special. It always depends on personal taste.

Everything is perfect! The location, rooms, size, terrace (room was on the first floor), staff, etc. If we ever come to Grado again, this will be the place to stay again!
The second bed (sofa in the living room) is not that comfortable. The main bed in the bedroom is perfect and the rest of the stuff mentioned above is making this a minor thing.

Das rauschen des Meeres zu hören
Es hat im Doppelbett Zimmer etwas modrig gerochen sobald die Fenster verschlossen waren! Die Stiege zur oberen Terrasse ist nichts für ältere Personen 🫣
