Location was amazing. Rooms were nice and bathroom a good size with lots of storage

The aircon unit was not cold enough for us, so we were quite warm in the night, but luckily the temperature outside were not over 30. Also the beds were quite hard to lie on.

The location was great, the apartment was very spacious.

It was a bit expensive in the end. The reason was that above the not so low price, €10 was asked for the parking, this I find a bit much for the total price. The rollers in front of the window were all broken, this means that it was not completely dark.

Es war leider saukalt da keine Heizung gegangen ist Wir wurden nicht informiert, das hier sehr viele Tauben sind - das heißt mein Auto sah fürchterlich aus, da es mit taubencode überhäuft war

Das ausgezogene Sofa für die 3. und 4. Person war sehr unbequem.

Mooi appartement, fijne plek maar heel klein balkon

De locatie is perfect en het is een heel mooi gebouw! Het appartement is mooi ruim en schoon. Voor 12 euro per dag kun je parkeren op het eigen terrein. Grado is een leuke plek.

Wij boekten een appartement voor 4 personen met terras/balkon met zeezicht. Het balkon was echter heel klein, je kon er net niet met 2 personen zitten. En omdat het op de begane grond lag keken we naar de parkeerplaats en schutting in plaats van de zee. Tip: vraag om een appartement op de eerste verdieping met groot terras. De standbedden waren erg duur: €60,- per dag voor 4 personen. We hebben de gastvrouw niet gezien, het is geen hotel maar meer een soort air b&b. Contact verloopt via WhatsApp.

Rendkívül jó elhelyezkedés, közvetenül a parton, mindentől séta távolságra. Hangulatos villaépületben, tiszta és rendezett apartman mindennel felszerelve (mosógép, mosogatógép, mikró, hajszárító stb). A háziasszonyunk segítőkész és kedves volt. Biciklik bérlelhetőek a szálláson. Az erkélyről kilátás a tengerre. Strand, bolt, éttermek, tenisz és padel pályák egy-két perc sétányira.

Ein Muss für Gradofans - sich mal diesen Ort zu gönnen.

Die Lage, Aussicht auf den schönen Strand, das Anwesen mit den alten Bäumen, das Frühstück in der Ville Bianchi!

Sehr hellhörige Wände im obersten Stockwerk. Ein Baby schrie im Nebenzimmer und unser einjähriges wachte dauernd auf und konnte nicht schlafen. Aber wird bekamen dann schnell ein schönes neues Zimmer und es was mehr als ok!!! Wir hätten einen Abdeckung für unser Auto am hauseigenen Parkplatz gebraucht, da die Vögel von den Bäumen massive und klebrige Kotspuren hinterlassen. Es wurde uns leider nicht angeboten, während andere Autos sehr wohl mit einer Plane zugedeckt waren.

Sehr schöne Villa im italienischen Stil in top Lage, toll renoviert und blitzblank! Mit Parkplatz direkt im Hof (extra zu bezahlen). Tor mit Code. Unsere Wohnung war riesig und 2-stöckig mit 2 großen, neu renovierten Badezimmern. Alles da: Föhn, Adapter, großer Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und italienische Kaffeemaschine. Freundliche und immer erreichbare Besitzer!

- die Unterkunft ist wunderbar, aber nicht außergewöhnlich - die Ausstattung der Küche lässt zu wünschen übrig (Gläser, Tassen, Geschirr)
