A good, comfortable base for a stay in Grado.

The warm welcome we received when we arrived. The room was large with an unexpected useful kitchenette and a sofa bed. The bathroom was adequate. The whole hotel was very clean and stylish. The breakfast was lovely with a big range of products, typically Italian. The staff were super friendly in a professional way and very helpful. The use of bikes was brilliant as it allowed us to see much more of Grado than we otherwise would have. There were a couple of restaurants quite close. There were bus stops within a few hundred yards. The hotel was a good 20 minute walk from the main town. The beach and water were quite close.

The view! Our room looked onto the neighbouring apartments which were very close.

The room was very clean and comfortable, well equipped. The staff was mega friendly and helpful. Awesome view from the highest floor.

Parking around the hotel was tough, needed to pay for garage parking to make sure the car was safe.

An elegant hotel with a hearty breakfast service

The hotel is in a very nice building and the rooms are well equipped and sufficiently large. The safe underground garage is accessible from the back of the building. The breakfast was really good with a wide variety of everything you can eat for breakfast.

A good hotel. We got a room for 3 with two bedrooms which looked recently renovated. Aircondition in every room and a small kitchen. Very good room.

The only minus is parking. I wanted to make reservation for their parking garage, but they said it is not possible. On the premise we found out they do make reservations, but only for regular guests.

Wonderful place with very nice people, we will come back.

Breakfast has been wonderful. Several types of food with Italian specialities. Staff is very kind, helpful and attentive. Location is good, the beach is only a few minutes walk, the historical centre is about 15 minutes walk. Restaurants, shops are very close.

Parking place is quite expensive.

Rent a bikes for free. Staff was very friendly & hulpful.

Breakfast - pasta and grilled zucchini? Croissant with a lot of sugar? Change of chef and the hotel will get a new spirit. Kitchen like 20 years ago.

Nice place to spend a day or more

Large room, good equipped, excellent breakfast, also clean and stylish furniture. No complaints whatsoever also we could store the bycicles in the garage.
