Highly recommended, especially when travelling with dogs

Very spacious and modern rooms, big bathroom with nice shower, well equipped kitchen. And they even had a bowl for our dog, and provided seating in a separate area so we could have breakfast together with our dog. We really appreciated that. Outside of the main season parking is also not an issue, there are more than enough free parking spaces around. Spar for quick grocery shopping is also just around the corner, and within 2-3 minutes you are at the beach.

The beds could have been a little bit more comfortable, but it was not bad at all.

Fantastic stay in grado

Spacious clean apartments with plenty plates, glasses, etc. Big balcony with a little sun and view into the park with a little child playground. Supermarket is directly around the corner. Really kind staff - it was easy to prolong our stay in offseason. The breakfast looked good but we didnt book that.

No sea view... Just kidding. But this is the only downside in the Touring hotel.

Very nice place, but need some attention to details.

Friendly staff, very nice extended breakfast, quiet neighbourhood and quiet rooms, well isolated. Water and coffee provided in the rooms. Sofabed for the kid was already installed.

At checking they ask 50€ in cash as a warranty. You get it back, but this is why you have booking warranties. It's not very welcoming. Also we did a pre-checkin as asked and still had to fill in all details again at the reception... If you want a decent espresso during breakfast (come on, we're in Italy....) you need to pay a supplement... why? Staff always speaks to us in German... we're in Italy and I am not German. Speak Italian or international language English. I get that there a lot of Germans on this peninsula, but it's not appreciated by non-Germans to be spoken in that language. Pillows were thin, no extra's in the clauset. For a 4 star hotel, anno 2025 you could have a smart TV in the room. Bathroom needs some extra attention in the corners. Bikes are free to rent... for 5h only. If you want to go to the center and spend a day on a boat for more than 5h, you have to pay 20€, which is nowhere written on the booking. Free bike rental is free bike rental. Not easy to find parking space and make sure not to park in the next street on saturday. We've seen a lot of cars been towed. Pool is not in the aparthotel touring, but you need to cross the street to another hotel... Basically you don't get any info about the facilities unless you ask for it. We didn't see / find the roodterras nor the jacuzzi. All these things are not the end of the world. They are just small details. For a 4 stars, you'd expect more. Overall we had a good stay.

Great location, amazing breakfast.

The upper rooms with view to the park are comfortable. The terrace is large. The breakfast is above expectations, fruits, waffle, juicer, champagne etc. There is a restaurant at the corner, and SPAR grocerie store, moreover Saturday market is in the next street.

The rooms on the see side only has view to an other building, which is 3 meters away.

Paradise for self-cooking family, clean very comfortable hotel

The hotel completely exceeded all our expectations. It is almost new, shiny, spotless clean and perfectly operated. Apartments with kitchen are perfectly equipped, I mean, you can prepare food there like at home - several meals at once on both flat and microwave stoves. There is enough of cutlery, plates, cups... dishwasher (and tabs). Beautiful. Rooms are breathtaking spacey with unbelievely large storage areas. The next extaordinary point was breakfast, rich, fresh, delicious, great choice of cakes, pastry and fruits, lovely coffee and capuccino, finely made scrambled eggs... and the service of smiling staff and cooks. Another big plus was hotel's bike rentals as it is free up to 5 hours! I strongly recommend it. Room service was reliable and brilliantly made everyday. All the staff were helpful, perfectly trained. Special thanks to Letizia and her advice on a local attractions. Perfect stay! The hotel aspires to rank among Grado's top accommodation venues.

Well, the price was not the cheapest, but worth. Arriving by car be prepared to park no less than 300 meters from the hotel's entrance unless you are extaordinary lucky. Finding an unpaid parking spot is an enormous task as it is all around Grado.

Nice stay at Grado, a good nights sleep

The personel was very kind and helpful and the apartment was super clean including the bathroom. We also borrowed the bikes of the hotel and that was an easy way to see the city of Grado. There was a good grocery just next to the apartment hotel.

The balcony wasn't quite convinient because there was only two plastic chairs and a little bit unstable small table.

Sometimes you needed to wait at the reception for minutes because nobody was there because one receptionist serves two different facilities and they also need to make parking available.

- Aircon from hotel next door was quite loud (also at night with balcony door open) - Canal in bathroom smelled bad - Often no staff encountered at the reception - Deposit of 50 Euros had to be paid in cash upon arrival

Apartment stay in Grado

A pleasant stay in newly build hotel. Apartment was specious and very very clean. Beds are super comfortable. The receptionist was kind and nice. We didint have breakfast there, so cannot add anything about the food.

The apartment in 3rd floor was really stinky - felt like air conditioning system was broken or not clean. But after complaining we got a room in 1st floor which was really clean and no unpleasant smell. Check-out time is at 10am, which is a bit early especially if you having breakfast at the hotel and traveling with young kids. But the receptionist was kind and let us check-our a bit later. The location is a bit random and quit far from city center - so be prepared for a walk.

Unser Zimmer war modern und schön. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich lecker! Es gibt alles was das Herz begehrt. Auch das Personal war super freundlich. Ein Highlight ist auch dass man sich gratis Fahrräder leihen kann.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Busbahnhof von welchem die Busse Retour nach Österreich fahren (Oberkofler). Die Zimmer sind Recht groß und ausreichend eingerichtet.

Couch war sehr alt und durchgesessen, Sauberkeit im Bad nicht ausreichend, Räder mussten im Nachbarhotel untergebracht werden.

Wir hatten unsere 6 Räder im Fahrradraum abgestellt leider war um den Raum zu öffnen die Reception nicht geöffnet und so riefen wir die angegebene Telegonnummer an der „Nachtwächter vom Hotel nebenan brachte uns nach einige Zeit den Schlüssel und beschimpfte uns der Schlüssel wäre nur bei ihm abzuholen Die Person hat sich da eindeutig im Ton vergriffen und ist für diesen Job eindeutig nicht geeignet
