Great place to stay when exploring Grado

The apartment was clean and well equipped with large comfortable double beds and plenty of room. Short walk into town and all the restaurants and close to a local Spar supermarket. Staff were helpful checking us in and storing our bikes in the garage.

Apartment was wide, clear, breakfest good, situation of apartment good

The main problem was that we didn´t get it, what we ordered. Instead of a bright apartment with sitting on the balcony, we got a dark apartment on the ground floor without the possibility to sit on the terrace, with road and cars under the windows. If we thought, this was the worst apartment in Aprilia, same apartment next , that get daugher with family, was ever worse. Two family, that we were on holiday together, we had the the worst apartments in Aprilia. We paid the same as other better equipped apartments

Exceptional

The location is just amazing and the bikes we got to use for free were in absolute great conditions. We had one bike with a seat for our 2 year old. The breakfast was great, many options. (I was a little disappointed because the café came from an automat, which i was not expecting from a hotel in italy but there is a option to get real handmade coffee and cappuccino which is to pay extra.) This is the only thing i didn't like, anything else was really fantastic and we had a great great time. 10/10 we would recommend to anyone.

Great place avoid breakfast

The atmosphere of the surrounding is great, the administration at check in is very kind. Offered a parking lot in 5 min from the residence building.

The braekfast place is very tight for adults, you sit among other guests close like hering in a can. No free choice at your convenience at breakfast, you approach a lady at the serving table for asking food, than the lady serves the breakfast to your hand ! one by one, creating long cues. She was openly unfriendly with our kids who dont speak german either italian. Each guest is to ask for which food you would like but she understands only german... Need to ask or show with gestures even for a piece of bread. Extremly annoying.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty.

The shower was super tiny, we are not overweight, 1 person barely fit anyway in the shower.

Another nice place we discovered in Grado, Italy we come yearly for short weekend trips. Did get top floor spacious room apartment with nice terrace and seating, parking and free bikes. Breakfast is also very reasonable and helps a bit with morning routine. Thanks, well done team.

Great place to stay if you enjoy spending time in Grado.

Breakfast restaurant is quite small and the food choice is limited. Not much to complain though, the personel is really friendly. Probably due to COVID restrictions the food is still put on the plates by the restaurant staff. The room is cleaned everyday, including changing towels and bed sheets. The hotel provides city bikes you can use. The room balcony is really nice.

Checkin hours are 15-18, after that the hotel claims to charge additionally, which is really strange to me (I arrived within requested time period, so can't verify it). Be aware that using basement garage with low suspension car can cause problems.

Good place for a short family vacation.

Modern well furnished and clean house with good location. Easy to find and few hundred meters from the beach. Nice and helpful staff, whom reacted from any message and ask very quickly.

Little bit noise place, All windows have to be closed, even if you do not want to wake early morning.

Beautiful apartment, location, and price!

Our balcony had a gorgeous view of Grado, the water and mountains. The apartment had a full kitchen, and was very clean. The location was a minute's walk from the Old Town which was very convenient!

Amazing view and in a beautiful, modern apartment.

We loved the view from the terrace - we could see the whole old town and were above all other buildings, so we also had privacy. There were numerous restaurants in the near vicinity of the hotel, so we had a lot of options to go out for dinner, which we also liked. The breakfast in the hotel was rich with plenty of fruits and vegetables.

Best Apartment / Hotel in Grado for us!

Best Apartment in Grado - compared to other apartments in Grado, Aprilia is the best for us. Big rooms with modern and very good equipment, perfect location, extraordinary breakfast (even the best in whole Italy, in our opinion).

Cleaning of rooms could be improved, but maybe due to Covid rooms have not been cleaned too much, for safety reasons

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Aprilia hat uns einen wunderschönen Herbsturlaub beschert.

Das Appartement war sehr geräumig und durchdacht ausgestattet z.B.: Kühl-Gefrierkombination. Der Balkon hatte eine angenehme Größe. Das Frühstück war vielfältig italienisch. Besonderer Pluspunkt: Ich bin auf streng glutenfreie Ernährung angewiesen. Das Personal wusste gut Bescheid, man hat mir das Buffet-Angebot gut erklärt und für mich war Brot bereit und sogar Kuchen. Das ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Danke nochmals dafür.

Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack hart, aber ich weiß, dass das andere Menschen sehr schätzen. Das Hotel ist als hundefreundlich gekennzeichnet, aber Hunde im Frühstücksraum, besonders in der Größe Bernhardiner+ muss unserer Meinung nach nicht sein.
