Albergo alla Spiaggia

Es waren rundum gelungene Urlaubstage auch dank der wunderbaren Unterkunft. Für uns war alles perfekt.

Es gibt keinen einzigen Kritikpunkt.

Frühstück war sehr gut, alles ausreichend vorhanden, Obst, Müsli, Säfte, Eier, Schinken uvam. Besonders der Blick Richtung mehr vom Frühstückstisch aus war sehr schön, für mich war das sowas wie das Highlight des Tages.

Wie kamen mit den E-Bikes (Alpe-Adria-Tour), leider war das mit dem Abstellplatz so gut wie gar nicht gelöst. Wir sollten die Bikes über die Treppe auf die Terrasse im 1.Stock tragen, da der Lift zu klein ist.

Immer wieder eine Reise wert! Nettes 3* Hotel mit St(r)andort-Vorteil.

Great location, clean and good breakfast!

Knowing the hotel desk is open until 8pm, I called at 7.40pm to tell that I was a bit late (max 10min). I was told that there were no problem, because somebody from the bar would tell me how to find the parking and give me the room key. I arrived at 8.10pm. The instructions I got to find the parking were absolutely useless. The parking is on an island next to Grado and I searched for it for more than one hour asking everybody around there for directions and information. Nobody was able to give me any information for over one hour. I asked restaurants, bars and people around there. In the meantime nobody from the hotel answered the phone because outside of their working hours (until 8pm). After a long search I found somebody who told me that through the whole summer guests from Albergo alla Spiaggia are asking desperetely the location of the parking and he was really annoyed about it. I have to mention here that the parking has not signs of such, there is no indication, no information.. nothing! It's just a brown door with a locker. How are you supposed to find a parking like this in the dark??? I was back in the hotel at 9.30pm (so I lost 1.5h) and it messed up my plans for the evening. The next morning I told very politely to the lady at the welcome desk the really bad experience I had and how disappointed I was. How is it possible that they ignore those issues if they are recurring so often? Just check other reviews! Is it so difficult to print a very short explanation about the parking to find it? Or is it difficult to put a sign on the parking door or make it clearer? Unfortunately the lady told me that they are open until 8pm so I had to be there before that time to get better information. This is even more disappointing. First of all because it doens't resolve anything, second because it doesn't show any understanding of their bad service and third because I called before 8pm to avoid such a situation. Very very disappointing.
