Very nice hotel for a relaxing stay by the beach - pricey for what it is

The hotel is well located in Grado, easy to find, with a car park for guests. The reception area has nice lounge seating, the staff were welcoming, and we could immediately see the bar and restaurant area, the garden and outside area with the pool and jacuzzi. Our rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was good - not the best, but good, with an egg station, helpful staff, freshly baked different items each day, good fruit, yogurt, and the usual cold meat and cheese. I used the gym, which was ok. I had a massage which was nice. It was a few minutes walk to the beach - everyone pays to use the beach. It is fenced and gated, with payment booths at various gates.

The hotel feels and looks a little dated in places. For me, the biggest downside was the price for our stay, when compared to stays elsewhere (eg not far away in Croatia) in truly 5 star hotels. The Savoy Hotel is very nice, but it feels like a 4 star hotel at 5 star prices.

Great stay

Breakfast had a wide range of food, staff was nice and helpful, spa was great as were the pools. The hotel also offers bike rentals which was perfect and the location is central. I also tried thier food at lunch at it was really tasty.

Pool area was very nice with a great little snack bar to accompany it. All of the staff were very attentive to the hotel guests, conducting themselves in a most professional and courteous manner. Breakfast area is situated on a lovely outdoor terrace which enhances your dining experience.

Rooms are somewhat dated, toiletries were not packaged for individual use, but provided in pump dispensers instead, room lighting was a bit too bright and intense. Breakfast was very good, but choice is extremely limited to just a few items.

Auch beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Grado wäre das Hotel unsere Wahl

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer sind modern und sehr schlicht , was mir persönlich sehr gut gefällt. Toilette und Bad sind getrennt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist ok, der Raum hat ein wenig den Charme eines Speisesaals. Es gibt einen großen Wellnessbereich, den wir allerdings nicht benutzt haben.

A Hotel Savoy a nevéhez hűen mindenben magas minőségű szolgáltatást nyújtott. A személyzet nagyon kedves volt, és mindenben rendelkezésünkre állt. A szobák modrnek, és kényelmesek voltak, és minden nagyon tiszta volt. A nap folymaán többször is takarították a szobáinkat. A reggeli bőséges volt, és mindenből elég nagy volt a választék.

Amin fejlesztenék: a medencében a pezsgőfürdő hőmérséklete lehetne magasabb, abban kicsit hűvös a víz. Az elvihető bicikliket gyakrabban kéne szervízelni ,mert mi pont kifogtunk egy kisebb hibával rendelkezőt, amit többször is javítgatnunk kellett a kikölcsönzési idő alatt.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, kostenloser Parkplatz vorhanden, sehr freundliches Personal, In und Outdoorpool vorhanden, sehr angenehm. Lage sehr gut, zenntral gelegen, Busstation sehr nahe des Hotels vorhanden

Eine Anregung wäre Fliegengitter an den Balkontüren wären empfehlenswert. Abends viele Gelsen. Eine kleine Nespresso Maschine im Zimmer wäre perfekt.

Eine Oase in Grado.

Das Hotel Savoy ist ist wunderbar und seine fünf Sterne absolut wert. Es liegt zwar nicht in der ersten Reihe beim Strand, jedoch eine Seitenstraße weiter von einem wunderbaren Strandteil. Teilweise ist dies sogar ein Vorteil, da es nachts nicht laut ist, falls es Parties in den Strandlokalen gibt. Es hat einzigartige Merkmale, wie einen Garten und ein eigenes wunderbares Outdoor- und Indoor-Pool, das unsere 4-jährige Tochter sehr geliebt hat. Es waren nicht nur Familien da, sondern auch einige Gäste höheren Alters, aber die Gäste und das Personal waren durchwegs kinderfreundlich. Die Terrasse vom Restaurant für Frühstück und sonstige Speisen blickt in den wunderschön gepflegten Garten, der äußerst ruhig ist. Mein Mann hat zusätzlich die sehr stilvoll gestalteten Bibliotheksbereiche zum Arbeiten sehr geschätzt. Das Hotel ist auch wunderbar klimatisiert und bietet daher für die oft sehr heißen Tage in Grado im Sommer eine echte Erholungsoase.

Wenn ich sehr kritisch bin, könnten die Betten etwas weicher sein und der Kaffee ein etwas besserer richtig italienischer Kaffee.
