The hosts were lovely and the room was nicely decorated. Loved the balcony and the fact that there was a small fridge in the room!

The bathroom was too small, there was a gap in the double bed and the wifi didn't work.

the hotel was built in the late 30s - on the one hand it has it's flair but you also see that things are already bit aged

You will have your rest there

Location was awesome! The bed was comfy, bathroom big with a window. Overall, the place was very clean, had air conditioning, and its best feature are the kind people working there. I almost feel guilty for pointing negative things, but my wallet says I must :D

Carpet in the room .. you eventually step on it by mistake and it could never be sterile. Same for the bed cover. Also, room size was small, and the interior could really use some brightening and updating; the blinds were perfect but they are hard to manipulate. And, you hear stuff from your neighbours like toilet flush, shower, doors. But the biggest disappointment was the breakfast - 12 euro, and you have average croissants, fruit in water, yoghurt with cornflakes, some ham and cheese. Nothing appealed to me from the breakfast, like scrambled eggs, something freshly-made by a chef, as in a 4 star hotel.

It is a good Hotel with a good price for Grado. Absolutely worth a stay.

The Hotel is situated very close to the centre. The rooms are clean and nice. The staff is really friendly and the breakfast is very tasty and you can choose between many things. I absolutely recommend a stay!

The hotel has no swimming pool but it is no problem because the weather was good when I travelled to Grado. In the evening I had to open the window because I do not like air conditions. Therefore it was a little bit too loud to sleep because of the people in the bars in the street. So I went to drink a beer with them.

The ladies at the front desk were lovely! The rooms were clean and the location was very central

Everything was rather drab and old, some of it has its charm...as the whole town kind of looks like its heyday was in the 80s. But carpeting could be updatef for sure as some furntiure. Bathroom had Black mould on ceiling!

Eventuell bessere Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Hotel, um das Reisegepäck ins Hotel bringen kann.

Der Frühstückskaffee war nicht gut. Der kleine Fernsehapparat hing so weit oben, dass ich (stark sehbehindert) viel zuwenig sehen konnte. In manchen Zimmern kann es nachts (Feiernde) oder am frühen Morgen (Müllentsorgung) zu laut zum (Aus-)Schlafen werden.

Alles sehr passend für einen Urlaub in Grado!

Die Lage und der Preis sind perfekt, das Personal sehr freundlich, die Zimmer zwar klein aber sauber und angenehm ruhig. Frühstück habe ich nicht gehabt.Leider gibt es halt keine Hotelparkplätze. Aber der Tag in Grado kostet in guter Lage 7€ für ein Auto, das geht gut.Ich komme wieder!!!

Nettes Hotel mit Tradition und Flair

Gepflegtes Hotel mit nettem Personal und gutem Frühstücksbuffet. An der Bar werden auf Wunsch auch Sonderwünsche erfüllt. Die Lage zum Zentrum ist nah und der Strand ist 3min entfernt. Die Rezeption ist sehr aufmerksam.

Die Größe der Zimmer ist eher für kurze Aufenthalte ausgelegt. Personen mit robustem Körperbau könnten Probleme in den recht kleinen Duschkabinen haben.

Schönes altes Hotel mit gediegener freundlicher Atmosphäre nur eine Häuserzeile vom Meer entfernt. Das kleine Einzelzimmer war für mich perfekt und sehr sauber. Das dazugebuchte großartige Frühstücksbuffet ist nur etwas für starke Esser.

Ci è piaciuto tutto! Personale gentile ed accogliente. Pulizia impeccabile. Ottima colazione. Posizione strategica in centro e vicinissimo al mare.

Unico problema il parcheggio un po' difficile da trovare, nei periodi di grande affluenza.

Personal absolut freundlich, auch sehr kinderfreundlich. Die Räumlichkeiten mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Inklusive kleinem Balkon. Große und leckere Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Kleiner Sportbereich und Sonnenterrasse im obersten Stockwerk. Lage angenehm zentral, dennoch ruhig. Kostenloses zusätzliches Einzelbett für unser 4jähriges Kind. Fahrradverleih "mauro bike" sowie Start der Boote nach Barbana ums Eck, Strand und Spielplatz in Gehweite.
