The hotel is situated next to the beach and a lot of restaurants. The room was comfortable including the bed with a light quilt for couples with different AC temperatures preferences set. There is an elevator in the property.

Huge issues with the parking in the whole island, keep in mind and arrange in advance if you are by car. There was one bottle with soap in the shower cabin which is not convenient when using the sink.

Excellent.

The breakfast was plentiful and very delicious. The location of the hotel is excellent, everything is within walking distance. We parked on the street, but since it was the beginning of the season, parking was not difficult. The hotel manager is a real Italian movie star, very helpful and friendly. :D A special plus is that the room was equipped with a power converter for use in Italy.

The hairdryer did not work, but it was no problem because we brought one from home.

Fabulous stay at one of the best host I have ever met

The friendly and welcoming atmosphere Robi and his crew created, the central location and of course the famous sunny side egg (tükörtojás how we call it in Hungarian) with ham for breakfast Robi is himself preparing ... Remarkable stay we had in this clean and comfortable room.

Well, parking sucks if it's busy season... But that has nothing to do with this nice accomodation

Pleasant stay in Grado close to the beach, the centre and good restaurants

The staff are very friendly and helpful making you feel welcome all the time. The bed is comfortable, shower hot and the balcony pleasant. The hotel has an elevator for easy access to the upper floors and the after 22:00 access is easy with a key card via the elevator.

The room has air conditioning but it didn’t work. Every time I tried to turn it on it had an error code.

Overall nice place to stay one night to discover GRado

Location is very central and with provided parking place it is nice bonus. Beach is 100m away. Consider that it could be noisy in case of some events in the beach. Breakfast was very good and various (not coffee + croissants style).

Room is quite small and needs some refreshment.

2 Amazing days

The pets are allowed!. We traveled with our cat and they gift us food. The room was fine, we had a balcony with a view to the park and the sea. The breakfast is very complete. We went by car but since we didn't book the parking, so we had to use the municipal parking lot (which was cheaper). The staff is very friendly

The owners are lovely people. They made us feel so at home. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. We loved being able to sit on the balcony facing their beautiful garden. The breakfast room was charming and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. Gluten free bread and even gluten free sweets were available upon request. Located right at the beach and close to town.

The hotel was very nice,the rooms is also good,small but its enough for two. The breakfast was absolutly perfect,with eggs,ham,cheese,vegetables,fruits and sweets.The breads were every morning warm and crisp.Perfect! Location is in front of the main gate of the beach,and a few steps from the pedestrian street.Close to everything but in a silent area. Parking is available in front of the hotel ,private or on the street as well( same fee).

Room was clean and was cleaned daily (and we were not disturbed when we were in the room at the time of the cleaning - although there was no sign to put on the doorknob). The staff was very kind and helpful, tickets for the beach were available for a discount price. As I understand the hotel is under new management with the right approach to business. Location is perfect.

No-frills but all you need. And the staff is awesome!

The staff was fantastic. Prior to our arrival, they sent messages confirming my request for two beds and about local road closures due to a triathlon. The breakfast room is light and airy and the reserved tables are a nice touch. There were a variety of pastry selections and eggs and bacon for those who want something warm. The shower in our room had probably the best water pressure I've experienced in all of Europe! It's no-frills but everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. There is room to unpack and plenty of hangars. The clothesline outside the window is perfect for damp towels. The hotel is directly across from a park, adjacent to an entrance to the (paid access) beach, and 50m from the pedestrian area. And did I mention the staff ... ?

The room was even more utilitarian than I expected. It was clean and reasonably comfortable, but it felt reminiscent of a dorm room.

Staff was really friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Room was clean and cleaned every day. The hotel has a great location between Grado center and dog friendly beach.

We had problems because of a storm a week before with Wi-fi and had to wait to be fixed the whole week. Breakfast was also a bit spartan with not that many choices. You can hear all noise from other rooms and from outside the room.

fantastic stay, fair price, awsome staff

the location was really good! it was a few meters away from the beach (entrance 4). The breakfast was a buffet with a variety of beverages, dairies and pastries! The best of all was the staff! super helpful and multilingual, they could speak english and german!

the shower from the bathroom hadn’t a proper hold!

Pleasant

The best about the room was the cover at the balcony so we had privacy. Mini fridge was nice as well. The staff was friendly, room was clean.

In general, I felt like in Italy 20 years ago, the same rooms, the same service. Extremelly small room (literally bed and 50cm around), bad smelling bathroom with no window. We had a room in front of the stairs, it was noisy all day and snored all night from other rooms. Investing in a room door would be great. Not relaxing at all, we won't be back.
