Beautiful town & hotel views

Location with room overlooking canal was beautiful. Grado is a lovely old town with cobblestone alleyways & good cafes. Good value hotel.

Parking is not great. We got lucky due to rain. We had hoped we could pay the valet to park, but alas there was none.

Nice traditional hotel

Old traditional hotel, nicely refurbished, room was spacious with a balcony, everything was clean and well maintained.

WIFI was simply not working, neither in the room nor in the lobby. There was only a brief moment during the night, where it worked. The air condition is set not to cool below 25 degrees and was so noisy that we were not able to keep it running during the night.

The staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good and plenty of choices. The location was in the city center and 5min away from good restaurants, beaches and other attractions .

It was hot and the hotel didn't have an AC on in the room, so we didn't sleep well (to hoot in the night). We couldn't have the window open at night because there was heavy traffic till the night and from early morning.

Immer wieder gerne in der Stadt Grado, im Hotel Metropol.

Solides Frühstück vom Umfang und Qualität her. Top Lage des Hotels im Zentrum von Grado. Zimmer ordentlich, normaler Schnitt und ruhig gelegen.

Die Parksituation ist schon schwierig, da nur in gewisser Entfernung vom Hotel kostenlose/ bzw. bezahlbare Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen. Für ältere Gäste durchaus ein Handycup.

Herbst an der Adria

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Grado, direkt an einem Hafen und nur wenige Schritte von der Fussgängerzone und dem Strand entfernt. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hiflfreich. Wir hatten Zimmer zum kleinen Yachthafen mit malerischem Ausblick. Die Zimmer war groß, komfortabel und gemütlich. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich noch das Frühstücksbuffet: sehr reichlich

Metropol: Nomen est omen

Das Aufwachen mt Blick auf den belebten Hafen und die milden Abendstunden am Balkon waren großartig. Überaus freundliches Personal, nicht gespielt, sondern man fühlt ehrliche Freundlichkeit. Das gilt uneingeschränkt für das gesamte Team, beginnend von Empfang bis zu den immer lächelnden Damen im Zimmerservice. Danke dafür! Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig.

Direkt am Hafen mit sehr zuvorkommenden Personal in einer entspannten Umgebung.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns ausführlich informiert und war sehr hilfsbereit.

Leider war nur mehr ein kleines Zimmer frei. Wir wurden beim Empfang darauf hingewiesen, dass es leider keine andere Möglichkeit mehr für eine andere Zimmeroption geben würde.
