Enjoyable Stay in a Dog-Friendly Hotel

Our time at the hotel was pretty good. The room was small, but we liked the big balcony. Even though the AC was old, it worked just fine. The hotel had everything we needed, which was nice. One cool thing was that the hotel was super dog-friendly. It's awesome when places welcome our furry friends. The location was just right for us. It was close to the city center and a park, but far enough from the noisy spots with music every night. That meant we could sleep peacefully. The host even sorted us out with a parking spot outside the hotel. The breakfast was awesome, and the staff was really nice to our dog. Whenever we needed help, the host was there for us. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.

The only downside was the limited room space. It would have been better if there was more room to move around.

Home made breakfast, delicious cakes. Kind staff and good location to reach the beach and the center by walk. The relation between price and service is good enough. Better clean than many other hotels with higher prices and more stars. Family mood.

The hotel is not a new one (room's door, reception, bed), but the price is correct in relation to the services.

Superb

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good. Initial thoughts were that it was dated but everything worked perfectly, so why update? We even got a farewell gift of homemade biscuits when we left. Free parking included.

Rude stuff, uncomfortable beds, but good location.

Location and breakfast

Bed was super uncomfortable, we had backpain every day, couldn't sleep well at all during the whole stay. Very frustrating. Old lady who served breakfasts was very rude and was talking bad about people who left messy tables after breakfast. She was angry and was saying "scovazini" or "stronzi" when people left after breakfast if the table was too dirty. Which are not good words in Italian. She also did not reply to us when we greet her in the morning with Boungiorno. Very unprofessional, rude, would not reccomend this place.

The breakfast was excellent in a familiar atmosphere. There were a lot of things to chose for breakfast, day by day different surprise. They were so kind, and polite. They gave an excellent service during our holiday.

Old, but clean hotel, fairly close to the center, with problematic parking, IT/DE communication only

The room was very clean and the room service kept it that way. The location of the property was quite good - a short stroll (10-15min) to Grado center. The room was airconditioned and with balcony seating. The bathroom was equipped with a bidet.

The receptionist - although an energetic old lady - didn't communicate in English at all. We didn't get any information - e.g. regarding the WIFI of breakfast. The room equipment, although clean, was very old. Small flat TV was placed on the table next to the bed the other side of the room, so not watchable from the bed (there was no other sofa or chair to watch from). The WIFI didn't work in the room. The parking availability on the street is very poor.

location like area 51, very little to do, no bars ,buses stop running at 19-30 hr And it is a 25 min walk to Grado center and taxi's as rear as hens teeth In a nutshell dont go to Italy out of season

Die Rezeptionistin war sehr nett und hat das Beste aus der Situation gemacht, das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse zwar nur ok aber immerhin ok, das noch funktionsfähige Drehscheibentelefon war lustig, das war aber leider das Positive

Der Chef, ein älterer mürrischer Herr im grindigen Dressanzug und seine merkwürdige Tochter waren den ganzen Tag zwischen Rezeption und Essenssaal, waren im Weg und haben einen merkwürdigen und morbiden Eindruck hinterlassen Beim Frühstück haben die beiden die Angestellten aufgehalten und schlechte Laune verbreitet Radfahrer holen und parken auch mitten in der Nacht, 2:30 z.B. ihre Fahrräder, von Flüstern weil es eben mitten in der Nacht ist hat man nichts gehört Der große Hund der wohl zum Hotel gehört und im hinteren Garten zuhause ist hat auf alle Gassigeher und ihre Hunde reagiert, Spaziergänger und sonst alle die passiert sind wurden panisch angebellt, habe mir bei dem Bellen auch gedacht, dass es vielleicht dem Hund nicht gut geht, es war wirklich beunruhigend Die Toilette war wohl durch die Lüftung mit anderen Stockwerken verbunden, wir konnten hören welche Erlebnisse andere Hotelgäste auf der Toilette hatten, teils war es lustig, als ein Mädchen ihren Papa zum abputzen gerufen hat Die Einrichtung ist wie der Aufzug aus den 70ern aber nicht im positiven Sinne Ich war böse, zumal das Hotel wirklich nicht günstig war Ich werde beim nächsten Mal viel genauer darauf achten was ich da für ein Hotel buche und aufgrund dieser Erfahrung wird es Grado nicht mehr werden
