Can’t wait to come back.

Some problems occurred during our stay (e.g. no parking place) but they immediately found a solution for them. Best location in town, with yachts and restaurants around. You feel special staying here.

What I didn’t like was outweighed by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff and the perfect view from our room window.

Recommended for a short stay in Grado.

Sufficient breakfast that you can eat outside, very centrally located.

You hear the noise from the other rooms (the sounds from the outside are no problem).

Great location for the price.

A hotel with an exceptional location. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, helping us with everything we needed. The receptionists spoke English well. The breakfast was pretty good too and the hotel's bar was a nice place to have a beer at before retiring to our room.

The rooms were not too big and somewhat obsolete for 21st century standards, but they were clean.

Das Frühstück hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen! Echt Italienisch und es gab sogar panini (die gibt es leider immer seltener). Die Zimmer sind etwas retro, aber wenn man müde ist, macht das weniger. Das Badezimmer würde ein facelifting verdienen. Alles in Allem: Hat die Erwartungen erfüllt, angesichts des sehr soliden Preises war das sehr in Ordnung. Eine Anmerkung: der Espresso im Empfangsbereich sollte bitte nicht extra verrechnet werden, das wäre eine nette Geste an die Gäste.

Perfekte Lage und sehr gutes Frühstück.

Die Lage ist optimal mitten in der Altstadt von Grado. Allerdings fehlen Parkplätze unmittelbar am Hotel. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr reichhaltig mit großer Auswahl.

Es war alles bestens. Kein Grund zur Beanstandung.

Die Lage ist sehr schön, direkt am Hafen und in unmittelbarer Nähe der sehr schönen Altstadt. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und nett. Abwicklung der Rechnung unkompliziert und schnell.

Lage/Strand/Frühstück 🤩

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Es ist alles was man benötigt gleich rundherum. Zum Strand sind es auch nur ein paar Gehminuten. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und es gab auch auf Anfrage glutenfreies 🍞 Brot! Das ist für jemanden der Zöliakie hat ein großer Pluspunkt. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich! Ich bat um eine weichere Matratze (da ich gerade gut fortgeschrittenSchwanger bin) und sie haben mir diesen Wunsch erfüllt.

Die Zimmer sind etwas veraltet und kühl eingerichtet, sowie sind sie ein wenig hellhörig, aber man muss auch dazu sagen dass es sich um ein altes städtisches Gebäude handelt, das wunderschön ins Ortsbild passt. Ein klein wenig Modernität (zb Bilder an den Wänden, neue Tischlampe, mehrere Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Strand/Handtuch- oder Jackenhäken) würden schon viel verändern.
