Location is great but the hotel might benefit from a refurbishment

The location is excellent with many bars and restaurants in the area and only a few minutes walk to the beach.

The rooms are quite basic and dated, and the walls a very thin so you can basically hear everything your neighbors are up to. Someone on my floor left their dogs alone in the room and they spent hours barking. The staff are very nice but unless you speak Italian or German you might have some issues.

The best marmelade-filled croissants I ever had in Italy! Coffee was very good as well. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Waitresses were really kind at breakfast. There was fridge in the room.

We checked in around 22:15. Our IDs were taken, unfortunately night receptionist didn't understand english. I chose the hotel because of the private parking (and I sent an e-mail, that we will arrive by car) but there was no private parking space. Be aware it is hard to find parking space on the street, we parked bit far in parking plot and paid. We were not informed about free wifi and breakfast time. Room was shabby, its size was ok. Breakfast is nothing special, but the waitresses are nice, helpful. Recepetionist at the check out did not care about my comments.

A very charming and personal place in a great location. We stayed one night after doing the Alpe-Adria bike route which ends in Grado. They have a locked yard where you can keep your bikes securely. Their little dog adds a lot to the welcome 😉.

room was old but clean and the beds were good. location directly in the center of Grado.

They were not friendly. We asked for a bottle opener and did not get it but other guests had no problem getting a bottle opener for their wine. We had to ask in a restaurant nearby and it was no problem there. We wanted to leave our luggage on the last day in the hotel for 2 hours and it was a real hassle. We had to ask 3 times and they were very dismissive. However, other guests could leave their luggage there and it seemed to be no problem. Breakfast was bad for the price. The coffee was really bad. It tasted a bit like instant coffee. It was possible to get better coffee but you had to pay extra which was in my opinion not ok for the price.

Mir hat es gefallen.

Das Frühstück war den 3 Sternen entsprechend. Die Zimmer sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist absolut super.

Die WC Muschel ist so knapp installiert, dass man sich gar nicht gerade auf das WC setzen kann. Das Bidet, was man aber gar nicht benutzt hat Platz genug. Ich bin kein Riese, wiege grad 60 kg, hatte da aber schon Platzschwierigkeiten. Wenn mein Mann mit gewesen wäre, er hat 100 kg, weiß nicht, wie er es gemacht hätte.

Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Das Personal war immer gut gelaunt. Zimmer war klein und fein. Die Lage des Hotels ist gleich neben der Fußgängerzone.

Parkolás kritikán aluli a városba nagyon nehéz találni parkolót 1 órán keresztül kerestük . A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítő kész . A szoba felszereltség nagyon gyenge sajnos és a fürdőszoba zuhanykabin apró ember fér el. Sajnos se polc a fürdőbe se semmi.

Parkolás szánalmas a városban. A szoba felszereltsége gyenge és fürdőszoba méret illetve felszereltség pl polc hiány és wc elehejezes nem kényelmes . A kukás autó éjjel 2’30 kor jön és olyan hangerővel önti az üveget be , h az valami hihetetlen.

Összességében elégedetten távoztunk a szállásról.

Nagyon közel a belvároshoz és a strandok is elérhető távolságon belül vannak. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A szálloda és a szoba tiszta volt, minden nap takarítottak.

Nagyon kényelmetlen volt az ágy; annak matraca már cserére szorult volna. A fürdőszobában kialakított fürdőkád fürdésre és zuhanyzásra is egyaránt alkalmatlan, de mindenképpen kényelmetlen.

Nettes kleines Hotel in guter, zentraler Lage - dafür aber laut!

Gute Lage, nettes Personal! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht sehr umfangreich, aber im Grunde gibt es alles, was man braucht.

Laut! Bis ca. 2:00 nachts Lärm von der nahegelegenen Bar, ab 6:00 Lärm von der Müllabfuhr, spätern dann von den sich laut unterhaltenden Zimmermädchen 😉

Perfekt für die Nebensaison

Ein nettes Hotel mitten in Grado, perfekt für die Nebensaison. Shopping, Restaurants und Strand gut in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal, kleiner netter Gastgarten vor dem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, das Bad, besonders die Dusche könnte etwas grösser sein

Tolles Hotel im Zentrum vom Grado mit unglaublich netten Personal.

Super Empfang. Die gesamte Belegschaft war unglaublich freundlich, liebenswert, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommen. Sehr nettes Frühstück. Zimmer sauber, Betten bequem. Mir hat der Tisch mit Sitzbank sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage mitten im Zentrum vom Grado, gleich beim Strand. Preis Leistung Top.

Die Dusche könnte ein wenig größer sein.
