Very friendly staff. Warm welcome. Spacious, bright room although ergonomics of position of the wardrobe slightly odd. Balcony with table and chairs and drying rack. An angled view of the lagoon between buildings. Bike storage in locked room. Plentiful and delicious breakfast. About 10 min walk to beach.
Location, although quiet and peaceful, is slightly on the edge of town but not a big deal.

Very easy and pleasant communication with the staff, who was realy helpful. Hotel is located in a second row, so it is preety quiet, but close enough to the sea. The whole hotel looks new. Our room was clean, big and comfortable, with realy nice terrace. Toilet is also big, with natural ventilation. Hotel has his own parking space. Breakfast is preety good. Hotel also offers a possibility for riding a bike, but unfortunately we haven't time to try it. The pictures on Booking.com reflect the real condition. Warm recomendation for staying in Grado.
We didn't spend so much time in Grado, also in hotel and didn't notice a flaw.
