A place to go back again!

The hotel service was excellent and friendly. We were fully supported to have a great weekend. Room was clean and spacy, breakfast was very rich, both Italian and continental. The location is excellent, near to the beach but in a quiet neighbourhood, parking place free in front of the hotel.

Nice hotel, place for bicycles, good breakfast, very hepfull staff, price was right

Cycling traveler

Friendly and helpful staff. Since I was leaving before breakfast was served, I was given a convenient take-away package at the agreed time. Although there is no proper storage for bicycles, we were allowed to take them to the room or to the large balcony.

Slightly older interior of the rooms but all functional. Breakfast is served from 8am.

Hello! I was in this hotel for 3 days during the May 1 holiday and I am very satisfied. The hotel is very nicely decorated, new relatively large rooms, newer furniture, toilet, everything clean, smells, new towels and cleaned every day. Breakfast excellent and a lot of everything. Staff very friendly. Considering the quality of the hotel, it could be more expensive than I thought it would be. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Dog was not allowed in the breakfast room. The shed for bicycles was full and we had to park outside hotel.

Trip to the Sea

Nice spot in not-so-turistical part of Grado. Calm, close to beach, free parking on the street. Rooms size just enough for two, very friendly staff.

Breakfast was a little prefabricated/generic, but ok for a few days.

there were terrace common use you can sit evening and relax, close to the sea, 15min walking to old town Grado you can use walking way along the beach very nice.

Parking was far away because in Saturdays they have public market on the street front of hotel, you should go with your luggage 500m to get your car

The staffs were very nice. The hotel provided free bicycle that we could ride to town. The room, balcony, bathroom, and bed were comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Free car park right in front of the hotel. Very good and strong WIFI in the room. The hotel is less than 300 meters walk to the beach.

Good location and nice room for a great holiday.

This was a last minute booking, and we were pleasantly surprised. The room and the hotel were nicer than the pictures. The room was not super large, but it had a huge balcony, a very clean modern bathroom, and a small refrigerator. The staff were lovely and helpful, and check-in and check-out were easy. No problem with street parking when we were there. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, a real plus. And the location is great - reasonable walking distance to the old town, the beach, and restaurants, and near to a supermarket. Enjoyed our stay!

Exceptional

Staff is super polite, rooms are clean, provided with hairdryer, TV, AC without extra charging, cleaning every day, parking for free, breakfast, even small reading place at the second floor. Walking distance to the city is 15-20 minutes very nice walk along the sea or Laguna side. Beach is literally 1-2 minutes walking distance, even though you can really see the sea from the hotel. Not a 5🌟 hotel with all the entertainment where you want to stay 24/7 but if you want a place where you will have very very nice service for your summer holiday you should definitely consider Bellavista as you holiday choice.

La colazione era buona e varia. La sala risultava molto confortevole. Spiaggia libera molto vicina alla sede dell'albergo e parcheggio disponibile. L'albergo si trova vicino al centro storico, per arrivarci si fa una breve e piacevole passeggiata.

Az ágy kényelmes. A terasz használható.

A zuhanykabin szűk és elavult. A wc minden egyes öblítés után öt percig hangosan zúg. A biciklik jó 30 évesek, nyikorog minden rajtuk. A reggeli elég fantáziátlan, szegényes.

Tähtiluokitukseen (3) loistava valinta. Hinta laatusuhde hyvä. kaikki toimi mikä pitikin. Aamiainen riittävä ja kuumaa suihkuvettä tuli heti hanasta, mikä oli ihme etelässä. sijainti hyvä rannalle ja keskustaan mukava kävelymatka, missä yllättävän edullisia ostoslöytöjä. Julkinen liikenne toimii hyvin, jopa Venetsiaan päiväkeikalle. Pysäköinti ajoneuvoille vaikutti turvalliselta.

Freundliches Personal

Da für meinen geplanten Abreisetag mit der Bahn (ab Cervignano) ein Bahnstreik angekündigt war, ersuchte ich das Team an der Rezeption um genauere Daten (welche Züge fallen aus, gibt es Verspätungen usw.). Sie waren (ein Herr und eine Dame) sehr bemüht um Infos zu beschaffen. Es wurde sogar zum Bhf. Cervignano gefahren, um vor Ort noch mehr Details zu erfahren (hin/retour rd 40km!!!). Ich bedanke mich hier nochmals für die gute Beratung, konnte dadurch für mich richtig entscheiden, dem Streik ausweichen und problemlos nach Villach gelangen! Tolles Team an der Rezeption ich danke euch sehr! Aber auch die Dame im Frühstücksraum war super freundlich und umsichtig, strahlte Fröhlichkeit aus, die mir als Morgenmuffel den Tagesstart verschönte!
