For a quick visit, this hotel was ideal choice.

The location is perfect to enjoy Grado. The hotel is small, but very nice, also the room was not too big, but it was cosy, and nice. The staff is also very kind.

The breakfast was not to my taste, as a vegetarian, I hardly could eat anything.

Super pleasant stay closeby the Marina

The hotel is quiet with really good (but not excellent) air conditioning and the room was very spacious, well maintained and according to the pictures. We really enjoyed the hospitality of the hosts and the rain-showerhead was like a spa - very nice! Overall, if you treat the hotel like a "base" for your trips in and around Grado, Villa Carlotta is an ideal choice and we will 100% stay again. Depending on your budget, it might even be overkill (if you really just want to sleep), but to us, the comfort of the room and the bed was well worth it.

We didn't have the breakfast, as the asking price of 12€ is quite expensive compared to getting the classic Cappuchino and Cornetto or even a Tramezzini at any local bakery. However, if the quality of the breakfast is similar to that of the room, then we're sure it's excellent nontheless.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The owners were both so friendly, and gave us loads of recommendations for restaurants and places to go. They made us feel really welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, and extremely clean. It's in the perfect location right next to the water, and a 5 min walk into the old town. The room was perfect, with a stunning view of the water and boats as well as a very comfortable bed! We loved our stay so much and would love to go back. We fell in love with Grado - such a beautiful and relaxed town. Thank you so much!

Wonderful Bed and Breakfast

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Carlotta Grado. The room was beautiful, nice breakfast and Luca the owner and his wife was so warm and welcoming. We would love to visit you again.

We had a tiny room on the third floor, with balcony and a nice view on the Riva Bersaglieri, close to the Porto vecchio. Alessandra and Luca are excellent hosts, it was a pleasure meeting them.

Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage

Tolles, geräumiges Hotelzimmer mit (seitlichem) Blick auf den Kanal. Bett sehr bequem und schönes Badezimmer. Ruhige Gegend und trotzdem zentral. Zwei tolle Fischrestaurants in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir kommen wieder.

Man ist sehr schnell in der Altstadt und trotzdem ist es ruhig. Die ein-und ausfahrenden Schiffe in den kleinen Hafen stören nicht. Das Frühstück war ok, aber für uns nicht so wichtig. Das Haus ist super renoviert mit tollen Materialien. Es funktioniert alles ( Fenster, Türen, Aufzug )

Die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig, da kann aber das Hotel nichts dafür. Der große öffentliche Parkplatz gleich in der Nähe ist hoffnungslos überfüllt.

Es ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sind modern sauber und schick. Der kleine süße Balkon lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Mitarbeiter und Besitzer des Hotels sind unglaublich herzlich und nett. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hin reisen und das haben wir vor. Auch das Frühstück ist nur zu empfehlen. Bei Interesse wird es einem sogar auf dem Balkon gebracht. Das ganze ohne Aufpreis. Einfach nur super!

Struttura consigliata!

Posizione ottima, personale cordiale, struttura con ascensore, camera pulita, bagno ampio con doccia grande. Terrazzino con vista sul canale.

L'unica osservazione che mi sento di fare è che nella doccia non c'era un ripiano per appoggiare il sapone e quindi i prodotti andavano appoggiati a terra.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus

Wir wurden ziemlich unfreundlich begrüßt. Anscheinend sind Radfahrer nicht willkommen. Wir hatten gefragt ob wir die Räder hinein stellen dürfen. War nicht möglich. Laden mit einem Ladekabel über das gekippte Fenster auch nicht. Uns wurde dann ein Schloss gegeben damit wir unsere Räder an der Fenstervergitterung absperren konnten. Er war dem Herren egal welcher Wert vor der Türe von 4 Rädern stand. Weitere Diskussionen waren auch beim Frühstück zwecklos. Wir wurden gefragt wann wir frühstücken gehen möchten. Wir meinten 7 Uhr…. Das war natürlich auch nicht möglich. Erst um 7:30. Dafür wurden wir dann zum Frühstück von einer herzlichen sehr freundlichen Dame in Empfang genommen. Das Frühstück war ausgesprochen gut 👍🏻 und liebevoll angerichtet. Fazit des Aufenthaltes kommt nicht mit Rädern und hab bzgl Frühstückszeit keine Wünsche

Elegante e comoda

Stanza molto bella, non manca davvero nulla, anche per quanto riguarda i servizi, tutto davvero comodo e elegante. Apprezzatissima la colazione in camera sul balcone con vista canale senza supplementi. Il proprietario che ci ha accolto è stato davvero gentile e disponibile, ci ha anche aiutato a trovare parcheggio dandoci le giuste indicazioni. Posizione comoda vicina al centro storico e alla spiaggia.

Dato che non siamo in alta stagione magari il prezzo sarebbe da abbassare leggermente

Gute Adresse für ein paar erholsame Tage in Grado.

Die Möglichkeit das Frühstück am eigenen Balkon einzunehmen hat uns besonders gut gefallen und es war wirklich ausreichend und köstlich zugleich. Das Badezimmer war top ausgestattet mit einer besonders großen Duschkabine.

Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Besonders angetan waren wir von der Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber. Die Lage am Hafen ist traumhaft. Alles ist neu renoviert und sehr authentisch. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die bequeme Matratze und die geräumige Dusche.

Es hat einfach sehr gut gepasst ! Kommen gerne wieder .

Frühstück war sehr gut und kann wenn man will auch auf dem eigenen Balkon eingenommen werden. Es ist alles noch sehr neu und sehr appetitlich, man fühlt sich einfach willkommen in der Villa Carlotta.

Ein paar Haken im Badezimmer für Handtücher wären nützlich, aber die werden sicher noch kommen, die Unterkuft ist ja noch sehr neu. Ein neues Hotel bedeutet sicher viel Arbeit am Anfang !!
