A beautiful hotel in a perfect location next the told town

Brilliant location as described- on the main pedestrian walk into old town and opposite the sea. We could walk into town within 5 minutes. Angela and hotel staff were extremely helpful and pre booked our sun beds on the beach and arranged car parking near the hotel. Breakfast was a highlight!! So much beautiful food- cakes, pastries, cooked eggs, bacon, and meats and cheeses.

Exceptional

Wonderful room!...the bed was very comfortable (the mattress was quite firm - I have back trouble!) Excellent waterfall shower with plenty of pressure & hot water. Breakfast was a real treat...plenty to choose from, (dolce thru to English breakfast) you can sit inside or outside the dinning room... Most importantly great coffee!! Very friendly multilingual staff and we really enjoyed using the free Hotel bicycles to get around Grado! We will certainly stay here again!!

The Hotel was amazing. The staff did an extraordinary job in keeping the facilities of the old house running and everyone was very kind and helpful

Das Frühstück war vorzüglich. Das Zimmer (109) war zum Umdrehen zu klein und lag noch dazu neben dem Lift.

Una romantica villa in un'ottima posizione

La posizione della struttura è la migliore che si possa desiderare, di fronte alla spiaggia e vicina al centro storico! Dalla camera si godeva una bella vista sul viale alberato e il mare. Il contesto nella villa storica è molto grazioso e mantiene l'eleganza di un tempo, lo stile è romantico e classico. Il bagno non è moderno ma la manutenzione e la pulizia sono eccellenti, la rubinetteria in particolare è di alta qualità, funzionale e splendente.

Ho trovato il prezzo un po' elevato rispetto ai servizi offerti (parcheggio e spiaggia sono a pagamento).

Frühstück fantastisch, Personal sehr freundlich und sprechen fast alle Deutsch, "altes hitorisches" Flair.

Feuermelder ging grundlos zweimal in der Nacht los. Gepäckwagen passt nicht in den Lift.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal.Ich habe 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und war rundum zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr ruhig Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Frühstück: große Auswahl, frische Produkte und sogar laktosefreie Optionen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls super – zentral, aber dennoch ruhig gelegen.

Legközelebbi szállásválasztásnál az első lesz a sorban!

A személyzet kifogásolhatatlan, kedves, segítőkész!!!! A szállás elhelyezkedése tökéletes. A reggeli királyi! Parkolás megoldott, "parkoló fiú" mozgatja az autókat a szűkös helyek miatt.

Az ágymatracok már kissé kifeküdtek, illetve a kutyabarát szállás miatt reggel hétkor volt egy kis ébresztő.
