essenzialmente tutto, ovvero l’allestimento della camera e del bagno, ma soprattutto la pulizia di esso. posizione ottimale.
c’è poco parcheggio, ma girando una decina di minuti lo si trova.

Muy buena localización. Con buen aislamiento de ruido y buena temperatura (muy fresquito). Cama súper cómoda! Todo muy limpio. Hay un pequeño espacio común con una cafetera y plancha. Buena comunicación para realizar el check-in.

L’appartamento è molto carino, curato e accogliente. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l’atmosfera, l’arredamento , oltre alla posizione comoda per visitare La Spezia e le Cinque Terre. La signora è stata molto gentile, disponibile e attenta alle nostre esigenze.
Non abbiamo riscontrato particolari aspetti negativi durante il soggiorno. Forse, essendo un appartamentino, gli spazi sono un po’ contenuti, ma nel complesso siamo stati bene.
