La ubicación es perfecta, la hospitalidad de Federica también, volveríamos sin dudas. Cuarto simple pero con todo lo necesario para visitar La Spezia, el baño muy bien, el desayuno es en el bar mejor ubicado de la ciudad.

Logement idéalement situé pour visiter les 5 terre ( bus,train,bateau à proximité).
Federica est une hôte attentive et au service des hôtes avec un service hôtel. Chaque jour, elle passe faire le lit, vider les poubelles... Le logement est très propre et bien équipé. Nous avons reçu café et
biscuits de bienvenue.
Elle vous aide en donnant beaucoup d'informations sur les transports, visites, restaurants.....ce que vous pouvez retrouver dans l'entrée à votre disposition.

Friendly reception from the staff and the location was close to everything
The bathroom door was flimsy and noisy so you couldn't use the bathroom in the middle of the night without waking your partner.
Breakfast at the bar was substandard so we only went there the first day, then found our own bars for coffee and a bite to eat
