Localização excelente, principalmente se estiver viajando sozinha, perto da estação e perto das principais ruas de La Spezia. Fácil de pegar ônibus ou barco para conhecer Porto Venere que é imperdível. Voltaria a ficar nesta acomodação.

Lo cerca que está de la estación. Con el calor que hacía el aire funcionaba muy bien y a parte tiene ventilador de techo como otra opción. Bien equipado con detalles. La anfitriona Federica muy amable te hace un recibimiento con explicaciones detalladas de todo lo que necesitas.
No tiene ventanas al exterior. La noche del sábado mucho ruido de fiesta. Un local al lado tiene música muy fuerte y se oye desde la habitación, más mucho ruido de la calle, sirenas gente gritando. Es como tener la fiesta en la habitación. La ventana que no se puede abrir tiene delante una luz que hace que la habitación no quede a oscuras.

Friendly reception from the staff and the location was close to everything
The bathroom door was flimsy and noisy so you couldn't use the bathroom in the middle of the night without waking your partner. Breakfast at the bar was substandard so we only went there the first day, then found our own bars for coffee and a bite to eat
