A wonderful hotel

The hotel is at the first floor of the building, convenient when you have a lot of bags and suitcases. The room is newly renovated and very clean. While there is no reception in the hotels, but everything you need, like cups, knife, spoons, even bottle opener are in the room.

The host is very responsive but as there is no reception in the hotels, sometimes you need to wait like 5 mins for people to open door when you check in or get back luggage after check out. But you can feel that they are trying their best to serve you.

Quiet rooms close to station

Everything you need for a stopover. Staff responsive when we couldn't operate air conditioning! Near Station and main street, but good soundproofing so a quiet nights rest! On upper ground floor so easy for luggage! Cakes and biscuits a nice touch

Location was great for us since we were close to the train station. Clean and remodeled room.

Loud road noise even with the windows closed. The power is connected to the key so the room got quite warm while we were gone. The a/c worked pretty well to cool it off though, it just took some time.

Used coffee wrapper on the table when we check in. Hairs on the bed! Rooms are too close to each other. Woke up in the middle by the neighbors. Only a tiny bag of shampoo provided for 2 nights.

Very centric, big and comfortable room

The people and the place are amazing. The manager cares and went the extra mile to adapt to me and solve my problems. The room is big and well equipped. The location was great. I only stayed for a night, but it was a good place to stay, I recommend it.

The water pipes were a bit too noisy sometimes, and the door had difficulties closing/opening (I mentioned this to the manager when I was leaving and she was grateful and said she would look into it).

the location is just 4mins to the train station and the a very busy street with many restaurants. our room is in an apartment so when there is no receipt. when we arrive the building and press the bell and no response, we need to send message through booking.com to inform the owner/staff we were there. she came very quickly within 3minturs and so tired, thanks so much and we think she is very nice. i just want to advise customers to contact the owner/staff when almost arrive the building. our room is very big and clean, it is not noisy although it is just on the 1st floor. the quilt is comfortable so we feel good although the heater is not warm enough for this big room. the TV is with youtube and netflix function and it is wonderful to us as we don't understand Italian and are not interested in watching TV. i think the security is good as there are 3 doors (building gate , the corridor door and your room door) to your room.

Had to book at extreme last minute due to another place not showing up for our check-in leaving us without a place for the night. The owners responded very quickly and were so welcoming and friendly. The room is clean and nicely decorated, nice high ceilings, and very comfy beds.

Bed was so comfortable, we had the best sleep ever, room was nice design, very spacious and bright. Bathroom beautiful and clean. Shower amazing. We found everything what we needed.

Everything was perfect! The location is really near the train station. The room and toilet were very big, clean and comfortable. There's also Netflix. The host was very flexible and let me leave my luggage before check in time inside the room. Basically I'm paying hostel's price for a hotel room. Communication through booking.com chat and the host replied quite fast.

Breakfast was not included but the location was excellent. The room was comfortable though small for 4 people. The bathroom was excellent, remodeled and spacious. We were allowed to have a late check out which was very appreciated.

- Very close to train station, 6-7mins walking - The room was extremely clean and the furniture was brand new - Complementary biscuits and tea&coffee was appreciated - Bed was very big and comfortable - The room was quite, there was no noice from the street - Late check-in possible, we arrived at around 8pm

- The neighbourhood looked a bit shady at night, maybe for a solo girl traveller this is something to consider - You can't leave your luggage during the day while you're sightseeing. Normally, this option is available everywhere and I was expecting it to be the case as well, but unfortunately this was not possible.
