We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, renovated, with a fresh look and pleasant smell from the moment we arrived. Everything was well organized and you could really see the attention to detail in every corner (loved the shower :))).
The location is excellent-close to restaurants, railway station, the sea and other attractions. It was such a nice experience to wake up there and feel the city coming to life in the morning from the balcony. The accommodation had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the access to a safe luggage room gave us some extra time to enjoy the surroundings after checkout.
Communication with the host was excellent. Francesco was always helpful, kind, and replied promptly to every question. You can really see that he is a hardworking and dedicated host who truly cares about his guests. Thank you!
Great accommodation at a very good price. We hope to come back again someday

Check in hat mit den Info´s per WhatsApp super funktioniert. Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung die so umgebaut wurde dass es 3 Zimmern zu vermieten gibt die einen gemeinsamen Eingangsbereich/Vorraum haben. Jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen Schlüsselsaft. Das Zimmer war hervorragend ausgestattet und super eingerichtet. Es ist eine Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank und Föhn vorhanden. Die Lager war sehr zentral. Bis zum Bahnhof sind es ungefähr 10 Minuten Gehzeit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale rundherum vorhanden.
Noch ein kleiner Tipp: Obwohl La Spezia am Meer liegt, ist es bis dorthin ein 30 Minuten Fußmarsch da der Großteil nur aus Hafenanlage besteht. Also diese Meeresfeeling- im Cafe am Strand sitzen- finden man dort nicht. Oder wir konnten es nicht finden.
Ich hatte bei der Suche im Filter Parkplatz eingegeben und somit mit diesem gerechnet. War sicher mein eigener Fehler, denn es steht eh bei der Beschreibung Parkmöglichkeit. Die ist ein Parkhaus das auch ca 10 Minuten Gehzeit entfernt ist. Hat auch dort alles gut geklappt, nur war ich nicht ganz darauf vorbereitet dass wir das ganze Gepäck durch die Stadt tragen müssen. Ihr wisst, wenn man mit dem Auto reist, wirft man gleich viel mehr an Schuhen und Jacken rein weils ja egal ist wenn das Auto eh vor Ort ist ;-) . So mussten wir halt schnell umpacken und einiges im Auto lassen (man hat ja eh immer viel zu viel mit). War kein Problem.
