Fräscht nyrenoverat rum med balkong i centralt läge med AC.
Ibland kunde man höra när grannen lämnade lägenheten inte så ljuddämpad ytterdörr.

Sehr modern eingerichtet, im 3. Stock mit Aufzug. Alles ordentlich und sauber. Mega Lage direkt an einer Straße mit vielen Restaurants, zum Hauptbahnhof 10 min Fußweg. Parksituation in der Innenstadt von LaSpezia ist zwar eher schwierig, haben dann im DARMI-Parkhaus für 5€/Tag geparkt (15min-Fußweg). Das war dann top. Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Host über Whatsapp und automatisierter CheckIn hat problemlos funktioniert.
Leider kein Safe im Zimmer.
