Very nice

Location in town was great. Close to ferry, bus, food and shopping. The lady at the desk gave us good entry instructions. Nice clean room. Quiet air conditioning which worked well.

Two chairs in the room would be good, so we could both sit on the balcony and not just on the beds.

Very nice modern room, location near the Main Street, the apartment lady was very polite and help with everything. There you can find even the sun umbrellas . Definitely recommend and came back.

La Spezia is beautiful and this location was easy to find, close to everything restaurants, shopping, farmers markets and was an excellent choice. Our host was wonderful and very accommodating also gave us great eating recommendations. I highly recommend this property.

Great host, good location and nice room

Very friendly and helpful host. Messaged the day before with very clear instructions as to how to access property. Was there to greet us and also allowed us to store our luggage the next morning until our train departed . Room clean, spacious and comfortable. Small lift up to second floor so no lugging cases up the stairs. A very pleasant stay in La Spezia

Everything was perfect. Location is great. Clean, comfortable and spacious. The lady who works there was amazing, she helped us to find the place and explained everything we needed to coordinate our trip. Free water was provided and everyday room cleaning. Highly Highly recommended 😍

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend this to others.

We like this hotel for its location which is within walking distance to the train station that takes us to Cinque Terre. The staff working at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. She provided us with sufficient details to make our stay comfortable and for us to find our way to the train station effortlessly. The hotel building even has a small lift which is most helpful for big/heavy luggages. We have learnt not to take that for granted in EU hotels.

Nice for a short stay to visit Cinque Terra

Easy to find, comfortable, good bathroom, nice host, allowed us to check in early and leave our luggage after checkout to give us some more time to explore before our train out.

Could do with some new sheets, clearly had been washed but weren’t without slight yellowing in a spot or two

Great room, very comfortable. The room was clean and good aircon. The receptionist was very friendly and really helpful. Great location of the accommodation as well.

The room was too close to the reception, so we heard voices now and then. The main shower didn.t work properly, but there was a smaller one which was fine.

Fidelio is located in the heart of La Spezia, and the windows look on a silent, pedestrian street. The room and the toilet are very confortable. SImonetta is a very nice host, available to all our requests.

The room is not very spacious, but for 1 night it is fine.

room featured on website was not the type of room we had - we were surprised about the size of our room/bathroom and that we had no balcony — shower area was very small and shower difficult to operate — this was advertised in “hotels” but really actually just a room —- if you’re not European you may not understand the type of accommodation we didn’t fully understand

the room is nice and spacious - central location - cleaned daily

it was all great - there is no real common area besides the reception area with just one sofa. the city tax is pretty high (2,5€ per day per person)

We were kept informed by hotel staff regarding check in formalities door codes etc.Nice that it is secure because of this. Room fine as were the facilities.

The pillows were not at all comfortable. This did affect our sleep.

Very good

Very sweet friendly owner. Location very close to main pedestrianised road with many restaurants and shops. 10 minute walk to station in one direction and promenade and sea in the other. Room seemed very newly restored with lovely bathroom. Nice to have balcony although view just of backs of houses. Appreciated small fridge in room.

Lack of storage. A wardrobe but no drawers, shelves or coat hooks in bedroom or bathroom. Lift worked fine but was very ancient and somewhat scary at first!

Fantastic stay

Really clean, modern and nice room. Easy to access from the instructions given (we had to check in late which they were more willing to accommodate). About a 10 minute walk from the station and right off the main touristy street with a bunch of shops and restaurants. Really quiet area, we had a great nights sleep!
