Location is good, near to good restaurants, supermarkets and 10 minutes to trem station
New bathroom and good shower

Excellent base to visit Cinque Terre. Friendly host who speaks little English, but that was good to practice my Italian :)! She gave us a nice tip for a restaurant in La Spezia: Al Quadrato. Recommend to go there!
It’s also close to the station so very easy to get the train to Cinque Terre.
It’s a small room, so you don’t really have a place to sit or table or anything. Also no balcony or place to dry stuff. But for us not much of a problem because we were away most of the day.
