Very central, although La Spezia is not a very big city, right in front of a bus stop to go to visit Lerici, walking distance (10 mins max) from the train station to go to the 5 Terre. the walk to the ferries or to the tourist port is quite pleasant and takes no more than 15/20... and one can do a lot of window shopping.
Another bus stop, to go to Portovenere (beautiful sport where to start the hike to 5 Terre), is not more than 80 meters away
Wifi was generally good and fast (I did use outlook to check on my work emails) but sometimes, while streaming videos or sport events, there would be a complete breakdown that would last for up to 5/7 minutes... however when you are on vacation you shouldn't consider working or streaming... it is a time to detach fm everyday life!!!

Situé idéalement proche du centre avec possibilité de se garer dans la rue avec parcmètre. Jolie déco. Café disponible. Instructions très claires pour le check in.
Température trop basse malgré la climatisation réversible et trop peu d'eau chaude pour prendre la douche.
