La camera è molto stilosa e pulita, letto comodo. Anche la possibilità di utilizzare la cucina almeno per il caffè è un plus. La posizione vicina al centro è ottima.

L'aria condizionata non funzionava. Leggendo recensioni di altri vedo che è un problema che dura da un mese. Ho segnalato la cosa appena arrivata perché la stanza era soffocante. La ragazza è stata molto gentile ma non ha risolto il problema ne si è fatta sentire per vedere se l'avevamo risolto noi. Tenere aperte le finestre è impensabile, la camera da direttamente su una fermata dell'autobus. Per fortuna la serata era fresca quindi poi di notte siamo riusciti a dormire bene, altrimenti il voto non sarebbe stato positivo. Sicuramente è da migliorare.

The property itself was great and the location in the city was good. The rooms were nicely done and the courtyard space was great to have.

The problem for us was that the A/C was not working at all during our stay (not just in our room, but in the entire place). The staff kept saying it would be fixed, but apparently, the whole A/C system was under-dimensioned, so it couldn’t even be fixed (we learned later from others). Normally, it wouldn’t be such an issue for me, but this was during a hot summer period with 35 degrees C outside and the balcony opened towards a very busy street and had to be closed at night. So I did not sleep at all for three nights. They gave us compensation, but only for the cost of half a day. They did not reply again when I pointed out that this was not enough.
