Room for improvements

Location close to the historic center. Spacious and quiet room. Cleanliness of the room. Friendly housekeeping staff. They were kind enough to carry our suitcase upstairs to the room.

Stairs inside New Moon apartments and no lift. The main entrance of the building that leads to the elevator is dark and needs maintenance and the stairs to be cleaned. Breakfast should not be advertised as such. It's just snacks and coffee.

Amazing room, beautiful design. I really appreciate all the good quality and all the little touches. Very stylish, modern, really liked it.

Letters on the safe box and main box were missing /wore down (easy fix) Maybe the process of accessing the room could be simplified, too many codes/steps to access... Lift key, also something you need to remember to take with you, if you want to use it, it would be great if it wouldn't be necessary tbh.

Very modern rooms, a common great little balcony to enjoy a nice view of the mountains or sit and just unwind!

Nothing bad to say here, just be sure to fill out the online registration for access to the property. The host was helpful.

Poor Customer Service

Room is spacious and was clean.

The site contact was non responsive and showed a lack of basic customer service. I requested some help from the site contact to use the room safe as it was locked already when we arrived, and I was hoping to be able to lock some valuables away when we went out. The site contact replied via whatsapp that they would try to sort it out that day but never did and I didn't hear from them again. The cleaning lady tried to help and was very friendly but the site contact did nothing, he needs a few lessons on customer service and to not be lazy. Based on his lack of care I wouldn't return nor would I recommend this place, I would hate to think what would happen here if you had an emergency, a basic request seemed too hard for him.

Popolnoma prenovljena soba, lepo pohištvo, zelo čisto in res izjemna velikost sobe. Prijaznost mame, ki nas je sprejela in nam pokazala, kje v sobi je posteljnina za dodatno posteljo-kavč.

Odziv lastnika pri prejemanju informacij glede brezosebnega check in in check out. Zelo neodziven. Se ne oglaša na telefon in ne na sporočila. Dodatno plačilo kavcije za morebitne poškodbe.

Per accedere alla struttura, bisogna essere super tecnologici ( check in on Line molto laborioso) e poi bisogna fare la caccia al tesoro per tessera di accesso e ascensore.

La struttura si trova in una zona ben servita dai trasporti ed é vicinissima al centro. L’accesso alla stanza é semplicissimo e sicuro grazie alle indicazioni del proprietario inviate per e-mail prima dell’arrivo; inoltre la stanza era ben arredata, moderna e soprattutto pulitissima e impeccabile

C'est l'endroit idéal pour aller visiter les Cinq Terres :)

Chambre conforme aux photos et le nettoyage de la chambre était top! Très bon emplacement, à 10 minutes à pied de la gare de La Spezia Centrale (accès aux 5 terres)

Les deux premiers jours il y avait une odeur bizarre (égout) qui venait de la salle de bain et qui empestait toute la chambre... Il y a eu un petit souci avec notre carte magnétique, on est restés bloqués dehors mais finalement le propriétaire a répondu assez vite et nous avons pu trouver rapidement une solution!
