Location, modern facilities, access to train and boat transportation to Cinque Terra.

Disappointing breakfast at the location chosen by the establishment. Instead of juice, they serve diluted orange water. In the room, you can hear the conversations in the hallway so unable to rest for as long as you would like.

Very comfortable bed and super quiet. Very stylish clean room in great location near train station with lots of restaurants close by. The room and bathroom were spacious and well decorated. Air conditioning was excellent. The staff were super friendly and helpful, they offered to clean our room and replace towels everyday.

The location couldn't be better just a few steps from La Spezia Centrale train station, making it the ideal base for exploring the Cinque Terre. The property is also within easy walking distance of the marina, the historic center, and a great selection of restaurants, cafés, and shops. Our Superior Room was spacious, modern, and beautifully maintained, with a comfortable bed, plenty of storage space, and a large bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, and high-quality toiletries. Breakfast was served at a nearby café overlooking the lively piazza, where we enjoyed a classic Italian breakfast with coffee, a fresh croissant, and juice. Although there is no on-site reception, the self check-in process was effortless thanks to the clear instructions and excellent communication provided before our arrival. Everything was well organized, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cinque Terre.

Excellent stay in a perfect location! The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with cozy beds and a large bathroom featuring an impressive double shower. The property overlooks a lively piazza filled with great restaurants and bars, making it the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine while enjoying the view from the room. Despite the central location, everything was within easy walking distance, including the marina, the seafront, and the main shopping street. Although there is no on-site staff, the self check-in process was seamless. Communication was excellent, with clear instructions and prompt assistance whenever needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cinque Terre.
