PERFECT

Perfect location, very central so everything was close by. I slept like a baby, bed was super comfy, beautiful room and beautiful bathroom. Balcony was perfect for in the mornings and during nights. I recommend you to stay at this place if you are in La Spezia. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby ( 3 min walk). The Central train station is a 2 min walk very close. I will stay here again if I go back to La Spezia for sure! Staff is also quick to answer any of my questions, they clean the room and put new toilet paper and towels for you. AMAZING

Beautiful room close to the train station to Cinque Terre. Very clean, comfy bed. Great cafeteria downstairs on the corner, close to the shop. Everything we needed.

Great location near the train station, shower was amazing after a few days of disappointments in other places, bed was comfy, and the host was helpful and friendly.

excellent location, just a stone’s throw away from the train station and super super near the main shopping&food street as well! room was very nice and modern, clean and lovely. we felt very safe as well because the doors and gates were very well secured

the door of the shower was not very secure and will always leak out a lot onto the floor whenever we showered so the floor was super wet the entire stay

Very nice stay - TOTALLY RECOMMEND!

We spent in this apartment 3 nights. The apartment was big and very nice. I think it was renovated not long time ago (nice interior, very modern). Location was just perfect - 2 minutes walk to the La Spezia train station. Close to the apartment there are many cafeterias and restaurants (10-15 min walk), city centre and marina. The apartment was very clean, there were towels, cosmetics waiting for us and comfortable beds (one person was sleeping on foldable bed but it was SUPER comfortable!). There was nice bathroom, there were kettle, coffee and tea, aircondition and small balcony. The host was nice and friendly. We got all of information to self check in and access the apartment. You can get cleaning service of the apartment (for free) if you ask for it (we asked once). Overall our stay at this place was very nice, it was very comfortable. We will choose it again if we visited this area!

Apartment is in the building next to the main, busy street - don't worry about it! It is a bit interrupting when you have the window open (noise and fumes from the cars, especially in the morning and afternoon). If you close the window - it is perfectly fine, there is no noise in the room at all (very good soundproofing windows).

Beautiful, modern room, especialy good for visiting CinqueTerre. Location is perfect - centre just around a corner, and station even closer. Nice self-checkin. Very clean and you feel like at home :)

Perfect location with a very fair price if you’re interested in visiting 5 terre (that’s literally 1 min walking to the train station) and La Spezia city centre (10 min walking). Easy going host with a fast&smart check in

I would stay again

The room was very clean and modern and also a great size with a balcony. The bed was very comfy and big. We had our 4 month old baby with us and asked for a cot and they did with extra bedding at no extra charge. It's less then a 2 min walk from the train station and was around 15min walk from the room to the harbour past all the shops and restaurants. I would recommend this place, it is a well kept room in a great location.

Me and my partner like to have a coffee in the morning and was staying for 2 nights but with only 2 sachets of coffee. When we made a coffee they were out of date and one was completely off, the milk was lumpy and off too. The people above our room was making a lot of noise the first night till the early hours of the morning. Sounded like moving of furniture, walking around and possibly power tools but obviously this isn't the properties fault.

Great room, very modern and close to everything

Excellent location, like 1 minute away from the station and 15 mins walk from the port to take the boat to visit the "Cinq terres". The pedestrian center is also like 1 minute away walking and is very nice to wonder around and to find restaurants. Overall, it was a great room, newly refurbished, very confortable and very centrally located. The host was very nice and gave us very good tips on where to go and where to eat.

The floor was not very neat and could use a better cleaning.

Moderne et propre. Il y a tout le nécessaire. Le plus : l’emplacement en plein centre ville et à deux min de la gare centrale pour se rendre aux cinq terres.
