Soggiorno breve con solo 3 notti ma l' ottima posizione della struttura ci ha permesso di visitare sia le 5 terre che Lerici e il centro di La Spezia... La struttura molto pulita e dotata di buoni servizi.
Niente ...è andato tutto bene. Anche il check in in modalità on line veloce.

Beautiful building in a great area with lots of restaurants nearby and very close to the train station. Very comfortable beds, lovely bathroom. The apartment was spotless. Plenty of plug sockets and charging points.
The kitchenette was fine for very basic meal prep but did not have meant basic cooking utensils.

Prachtige schone ruime kamers! En mooi centraal gelegen! Heel goed systeem met pasjes, en beveiliging codes om binnen te komen!
Heel lastig parkeren, en parkeerplek vinden. Er staat een hijskraan om de hoek, een pand renoveren, waardoor we niet voor de deur konden uitladen…

Appartamento finemente rinnovato e ristrutturato presumibilmente da poco, arredamento funzionale e utile per un soggiorno di pochi giorni. Posizione molto comoda, in centro e vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Lo staff è stato celere nel risolvere un problema con l'accesso tramite chiave smart.
L'appartamento è seminterrato e, pertanto, molto soggetto ad umidità. La qualità dell'aria all'interno non è delle migliori e bisogna costantemente tenere acceso il deumidificatore, che però è molto rumoroso e quindi fastidioso specialmente di notte.
