We spent a gorgeous few days in La Spezia!!

Affittacamere del Golfo e delle 5 Terre is located a very short walk from the station. The hosts provided a very warm welcome on our arrival. They gave us with so much helpful information during our stay.

Very good location and comfortable rooms

Location is very good, 6 mins from the train station by walking and tons of restaurants around the area. We have a connecting room which is so convenient for a family. The host is very friendly and recommended good restaurants to us. We had a pleasant stay there.

Attentive and concerned hostess, good communication, clean, great for a family traveling with a small child. Convenient

The staff was helpful and concerned that we had a nice stay. I received several messages during the time we were there making sure we had what we needed. It was clean. Convenient walk to the train station and located near pedestrian zone for restaurants and shops. Make sure you stop for a sandwich at Sal’s deli on the walk to the train station. The Hammer was enough for two or three people—and delicious. I have tried to recreate it at home.

I think this location is perfect for tourists who arrive by train as it is near the station but a close walk and near the pedestrian areas. If staying here in the future and arriving by car, I would make sure I had nearby parking guaranteed/reserved. I found finding driving and parking in La Spezia challenging (I have lived in Italy as an American expat for three years). I ended up in the free parking near the area where the tourist busses unload. It would have been easiest to park in the central station parking but it was full when I arrived. Humble and nice host, clean room, But no luggage facility

Location, attention of the B&B owner, room had what's needed. Clean and good

They didn't have the luggage holding facility, so I need to be pay another 20Euro's for 2 bags, which added to my cost. They should give an option of , if no valuables, they should store it for free, as the bounce.com gives 10K insurance, mine had only clothes, I really didn't need bounce.

Good value stay for access to cinque terre

Clean rooms on ground/ first floor within 5 min from train station and around the corner from food choices/small square. Hosts were kind and helpful.

Convenient location in La Spezia

Easy walking distance to train station for access to Cince Terre. Close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Secure parking near by.

Property was a little difficult to find. Fortunately the host spotted us in our car and directed us to their location. More importantly I did get many spam emails requesting further information regarding my booking else it will be cancelled. Don’t know if that is a booking.com problem or a problem with the accommodation. Anyway it was extremely annoying, hence giving the property a 8/10 otherwise would rate 9/10 for a short stay in La Spezia.

Great place to stay if you want to visit Cinque Terre

Location was fantastic for visiting Cinque Terre and using train or ferry. The hosts were very welcoming and offered lots of useful advice about restaurants and best way to get to villages etc. The room was comfortable clean and we slept well.

Nice stay in Elisas and Simones hotel

Elisa and Simone were so very friendly to me! Elisa sent her recommendations for the best restaurants and advises to public transport by Whatsup. The room was totally ok with basic facilities. The room was very clean. It had also safety box. The location is great: near to everything important: train station to go to Cinque Terre and all the places you want to visit in town.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The owners were very nice and helpful. Beds were soft, bathroom was good.

Fantastic location, wonderful host

This room is in a great location for La Spezia - close walking distance to the train and the main strip with all the restaurants and shops you could need. Elisa is a warm and welcoming host. She was so extremely helpful and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable.

Comfortable beds, outlets and lights are close to all beds. Bathrooms had bidets and good showers. The location is perfect for train travel, close to parking garages and places to eat and shop. There was also an espresso machine that we could use anytime for just one euro. The host provided directions and information and was the highlight of our stay!!

Delightful hosts

Very close to station and Centro. High quality fixtures and fittings. Hosts were a delight and even provided a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. Host were very easy to contact and would respond immediately - always a bonus if you are travelling from another country.

Location near the train station and La Spezia city center and restaurants Our host Elisa was super nice. Two connecting rooms were perfect for our family of 4.

It was a little hard to find because from the outside you can’t see the name of the property, but Elisa was so nice she waited in the street to spot us when we were arriving.

Location is excellent. Close to the train station. A lot of eateries nearby cater to tourists. Very convenient. Staff/operator is very friendly and tries to be helpful. Her English is good which reduces communication barrier. Room is clean and modern. Nice to have a fridge.

I could have used more table or counter top space to spread things out, especially in the bathroom. But that is a minor inconvenience. Breakfast could be better. The pastry offered at the cafe is not fresh. But, again, with other options nearby, that is not a major issue.

Great experience

We traveled with 3 children, and the host really took care of everything. She gave us pointers what to do, where to eat, where to park the car and also agreed to leave the luggage in the hotel when we went for a 1 day trip to Cinque Terre. Easy collection upon return. We really loved the location, it was close to many restaurants, 5 min walk to central train station, so really great starting position for everything. We were really happy to get this place and we would recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic location. 5 min walk from central train station and 1 min to bars and restaurants. Plus, Elisa is a star!! She let us leave our luggages earlier and the room had chocolates and a bottle of wine for us. She also gave us tips about how to explore Cinque Terre, where to park the car and she recommended an amazing Italian restaurants where local go (great value and top quality food).

Great Location, easy to take the train to 5terre. Elisa answer the whatsapp right away, she is so so nice. Clean, neat, great distribution. Good bed, Good bathroom. They hold my luggage when I arrived at 10am, and when I left the next day until 7pm.

the breakfast is 2 blocks away, but is totally fine for me. Was a tea/coffee, a croissant, and a juice. For the price of the stay in this place, the breakfast is good.
